Gas Services. There are approx 378,000 gas services supplying domestic, commercial and industrial customers. Approx. 200,000 of these services are high pressure (of which 116,000 are polyethylene) with the balance being low or medium pressure services constructed using a variety of materials.

Gas Services the Lessee is aware of and hereby agrees to the fact that it is not possible to connect the property to a gas system of any kind, and it hereby undertakes not to connect the property to a gas system and not to make any use whatsoever of gas at the property.
