Rate of pay and Shift Differential. The employee's hourly rate of pay shall be determined by dividing the employee's annual salary by 2,080 hours. Part-time employee's hourly rate shall be proportionally determined. Full-time employees, regularly assigned to work on a shift which begins at 1:00 P.M. or after shall receive a differential of $900 per year. Part-time employees whose hours begin at or after 3:00 P.M. or 11:00 P.M. shall be paid pro-rata of the differential established for such shifts. The above premium pay shall be calculated in the same manner as the hourly rate mentioned above. The employee shall continue receiving the appropriate premium pay until the employee is transferred to the day shift or as excepted in section 13:5.1.

Full-time employees regularly assigned to work on a shift which begins at 1:00 P.M. or after shall receive a differential of $625 effective July 1, 2000, $650 effective July 1, 2001 and $675 effective July 1, 2002 per year. Full-time employees regularly assigned to work on a shift which begins at 10:00 P.M. or after shall receive a differential of $745 effective July 1, 2000, $770 effective July 1, 2001 and $795 effective July 1, 2002 per year. Part- time employees whose hours begin at or after 3:00 P.M. or 11:00 P.M. shall be paid pro-rate of the differential established for such shifts. The above premium pay shall be calculated in the same manner as the hourly rate mentioned above.

  • Night Differential Employees whose weekly work schedules consist of regularly scheduled night tours shall receive a night differential of ten percent (10%) of their Adjusted Rate. Employees who work fewer than five (5) night tours in a calendar week shall be paid a differential equal to one-fifth (1/5) of the night differential for each scheduled tour so worked.

  • Accrual Rate of Sick Leave With Pay Credits Full-time employees shall accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave with pay credits for each full month worked. Employees who work less than the full month but at least thirty-two (32) hours during the month shall accrue sick leave with pay on a pro rata basis for the month.

  • Shift Differential Pay A. An employee shall receive additional compensation at the rate of seventy five cents (75¢) per hour for all hours worked on a shift when the majority of hours worked on the shift are between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. and in locations where these classes are regularly assigned shift work.
