Raise. Selective pruning of limbs, identified by the COR, or limbs that pose a public safety hazard with a minimum clearance of 14 feet over streets, parking lots, and driveways; eight (8) feet over walk areas; four (4) feet over buildings and three (3) feet from buildings and streetlights, IAW established industry standards.
Raise. A teacher who meets the factors for a raise as listed in A.1 shall advance two rows on the salary grid. (We will provide IEERB Compliant language that accomplishes the following) ● Those returning teachers who are not on the grid shall move to the row closest to but not less than their current salary. Raise. Trees requiring pruning to remove low branches that interfere with sight and/or traffic. Lacking specific information on clearance required by local code per the client, 8 feet over sidewalk for Pedestrian clearance, 14 feet over roads for Traffic clearance, and 7 feet in public/park areas to allow for grounds maintenance will be used.
Raise. A teacher who meets the factors for a raise as listed in A.1 shall advance to the next row on the salary grid. Additionally, each teacher shall receive a stipend equal to six point six five percent (6.65%) of his/her annual salary prior to the raise in the previous sentence.

  • Objections Buyer may object in writing to defects, exceptions, or encumbrances to title: disclosed on the survey other than items 6A(1) through (7) above; disclosed in the Commitment other than items 6A(1) through (9) above; or which prohibit the following use or activity: . Buyer must object the earlier of (i) the Closing Date or (ii) days after Xxxxx receives the Commitment, Exception Documents, and the survey. Buyer’s failure to object within the time allowed will constitute a waiver of Buyer’s right to object; except that the requirements in Schedule C of the Commitment are not waived by Buyer. Provided Seller is not obligated to incur any expense, Seller shall cure any timely objections of Buyer or any third party lender within 15 days after Seller receives the objections (Cure Period) and the Closing Date will be extended as necessary. If objections are not cured within the Cure Period, Buyer may, by delivering notice to Seller within 5 days after the end of the Cure Period: (i) terminate this contract and the xxxxxxx money will be refunded to Buyer; or (ii) waive the objections. If Buyer does not terminate within the time required, Buyer shall be deemed to have waived the objections. If the Commitment or Survey is revised or any new Exception Document(s) is delivered, Buyer may object to any new matter revealed in the revised Commitment or Survey or new Exception Document(s) within the same time stated in this paragraph to make objections beginning when the revised Commitment, Survey, or Exception Document(s) is delivered to Buyer.

  • Partition The Partners hereby agree that no Partner, nor any successor in interest of any Partner, shall have the right to have any Partnership assets partitioned, or to file a complaint or institute any proceedings of law or equity to have a Partnership asset partitioned, and each Partner, on behalf of itself, its successors and assigns, hereby waives any such rights.
