Purpose of the Disclosure. Contractor agrees to use any data disclosed to it by the State pursuant to this Agreement solely for the purposes of providing the services specified in the Exam Agreement, as well as troubleshooting, maintenance and product-improvement activities related thereto. Contractor shall be a processor and State the controller of any data provided pursuant to this Agreement.
Purpose of the Disclosure. Contractor agrees to collect and use any data disclosed to it pursuant to this Agreement solely for the purpose of facilitating and improving an online reporting system for early childhood assessments. The 2012 Act 3 legislation established an Early Care and Education Network. This Network must: • Establish common standards of kindergarten readiness, • Develop and implement a uniform statewide system (Kindergarten Readiness System) that issues letter grades to providers and holds them accountable for quality and positive child outcomes; and • Requires that programs participate administer child assessments, receive a quality rating, and share results. Purpose of this agreement is to facilitate the above requirements. The child assessment chosen by the State is GOLD™ by Teaching Strategies® which allows teachers to enter child-level data through an online reporting system.
Purpose of the Disclosure. The Contractor agrees to collect and use any data disclosed to it pursuant to this Agreement solely for the purposes of evaluating the Crescent City Schools (CCS) education model impact on 3rd grade English language arts and math LEAP scores compared to similar students enrolled in non-CCS schools in the New Orleans area and Baton Rouge area.
Purpose of the Disclosure. The Contractor agrees to collect and use any data disclosed to it pursuant to this Agreement solely for the purposes of BE ENGAGED®, an initiative focused on encouraging parents, families and communities to work together to transform student outcomes. The Contractor, through the PimsPoints application and/or website, allows parents/guardians voluntarily creating accounts in the application to earn points for attending activities and meetings, workshops/trainings, volunteering and/or participating in extracurricular activities, participating in surveys, e-signing and submitting important documents, and completing learning tasks at home. The application and/or website is an interactive communication tool between schools and/or school systems and parents/guardians participating in the application.
Purpose of the Disclosure. Contractor agrees to collect and use any data disclosed to it pursuant to this Agreement solely for the purposes of conducting a study on families, including those who have applied for, received, or are receiving the Child Care Development Fund Grant child care subsidy (CCAP), and their child care experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic. Participation in the survey is voluntary and will not affect families’ status on the wait list or a families’ eligibility for child care or any other services.
