Dissemination Agent definition

Dissemination Agent means the Trustee, acting in its capacity as Dissemination Agent, or any successor Dissemination Agent designated in writing by the City and which has filed with the Trustee a written acceptance of such designation.

Dissemination Agent means the Issuer or any Dissemination Agent designated in writing by the Issuer and which has filed with the Issuer a written acceptance of such designation.

Dissemination Agent means the District, or any successor Dissemination Agent which has been designated in writing by the District and which has filed with the District a written acceptance of such designation.

Examples of Dissemination Agent in a sentence

• The District shall, or, if the Dissemination Agent is other than the District, upon written direction shall cause the Dissemination Agent to, not later than February 10 after the end of the District’s Fiscal Year (June 30) commencing with the report due by February 10, 2024, provide to the Repository an Annual Report which is consistent with the requirements of Section 4 of this Disclosure Certificate.

• Not later than fifteen (15) Business Days prior to the date specified in subsection (a) for providing the Annual Report, the District shall provide the Annual Report to the Dissemination Agent.

• The District hereby agrees that the undertaking set forth in this Disclosure Certificate is the responsibility of the District and that the Dissemination Agent, if other than the District, shall not be responsible for determining whether the District’s instructions to the Dissemination Agent under this Section 5 comply with the requirements of the Rule.

• If by fifteen (15) Business Days prior to the due date for an Annual Report the Dissemination Agent has not received a copy of the Annual Report, the Dissemination Agent shall contact the District to determine if the District will be filing the Annual Report in compliance with subsection (a).

• In the event that the Dissemination Agent is an entity other than the District, then the provisions of this Section 3(b) shall apply.

More Definitions of Dissemination Agent

Dissemination Agent means such party from time to time designated in writing by the Issuer to act as information dissemination agent and which has filed with the Issuer a written acceptance of such designation.

Dissemination Agent means the Authority, acting in its capacity as Dissemination Agent hereunder, or any successor Dissemination Agent designated in writing by the Authority and which has filed with the Authority a written acceptance of such designation.
