University school means an instructional program operated by a public university under section 23 that meets the requirements of section 23.
Community school means a community school established under Chapter 3314. of the Revised Code.
primary school means a school classified as a primary school or an intermediate school under the Education Act 1989.
Public school academy means a public school academy or strict discipline academy organized under the revised school code, 1976 PA 451, MCL 380.1 to 380.1852.
Schools means preschools, elementary schools, middle schools, high schools, and similar facilities, both public and private, used primarily for the instruction of minors.
Proprietary school means a school that uses a certain plan or method to teach a trade, occupation, or vocation for a consideration, reward, or promise of any kind. Proprietary school includes, but is not limited to, a private business, trade, or home study school. Proprietary school does not include any of the following:
Public university means a public university described in section 4, 5, or 6 of article VIII of the state constitution of 1963.
Public research university means Rutgers, The State University
School building means any building in which any of the instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by a school is conducted, whether or not any instruction, extracurricular activities, or training provided by the school is being conducted in the school building at the time a criminal offense is committed.
Weapon free school zone means school property and a vehicle used by a school to transport students to or from school property.
Public schools means all kindergartens and elementary
Elementary school means a school for early education that provides the first four to eight years of basic education and recog nized by the Washington state superintendent of public instruction.
CDDP means "Community Developmental Disabilities Program".
School climate means the quality and character of school life with a particular focus on the quality of the relationships within the school community between and among students and adults.
Academy means the academy named at the beginning of this Disciplinary Policy and Procedure and includes all sites upon which the academy undertaking is, from time to time, being carried out.
University means Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi
Secondary school means a nonprofit institutional day or residential school including a public secondary charter school that provides secondary education for grades 9-12.
Signage means advertising displays, hoardings, Glow signs, neon signs, LED signs, LCD signs, any digital signs, any sort of display intended to convey information and described in the schedule.
Parking Disc means a disc, issued by a local authority, complying with the requirements of the British Standard Specification for Parking Discs (BS No. 4631: 1970), but coloured blue and capable of showing the quarter hours period during which a period of waiting begins; and
School bus means every motor vehicle owned by a public or governmental agency or private school and operated for the transportation of pupils, children of pupils, teachers and other persons acting in a supervisory capacity, to or from school or school activities, or, privately owned and operated for compensation for the transportation of pupils, children of pupils, teachers and other persons acting in a supervisory capacity to or from school or school activities (Education Law §11[1] and Vehicle and Traffic Law §142).
Middle school means a public school with any grades 6 through 8.
Government school means a school established under section 5 of the Act, for the purpose of providing courses of instruction in pre-school, primary or secondary education.
Resident school district means the public school district in which the student resides.
Public garage means a building or other place where vehicles or vessels are kept and stored and where a charge is made for the storage and keeping of vehicles and vessels.
Backsiphonage means the flow of water or other liquids, mixtures or substances into the potable water system from any source other than its intended source, caused by the reduction of pressure in the potable water system.
School zone means an area near a school beginning at the school's front door, encompassing
