Publication of List. Each year, on or before November 15, the School District will provide an updated version of the paraprofessional seniority list. A copy of the list will be provided to each Union xxxxxxx, as well as to a representative designated by the Union in each of the School District work sites.
Publication of List. Within 120 days after the date of this order, the Department of Labor, in con- sultation and cooperation with the Department of the Treasury and the Department of State, shall publish in the Federal Register a list of products, identified by their country of origin, that those Departments have a reasonable basis to believe might have been mined, pro- duced, or manufactured by forced or indentured child labor. The Department of Labor may conduct hearings to assist in the identification of those products.
Publication of List. The school district shall publish and email a seniority list pursuant to this Article within ninety (90) days after execution of this Agreement, and annually thereafter no later than October 15th of each year. The list published on January 10 shall reflect the license(s) on file as of the end of the day on September 15 of each year. In any year in which a reduction of teaching staff is occurring, and the school district is placing teachers on unrequested leave of absence, the seniority list as published in October shall govern for purposes of determining layoff within areas of licensing and qualification for the following school year.
