Professional Certifications. Contractor, Owner and Architect are entitled to rely upon the adequacy, accuracy and completeness of any professional certifications required of Subcontractor by the Contract Documents concerning the performance criteria of systems, equipment or materials, including all relevant calculations and any governing performance requirements.

Professional Certifications. A. Any person who is previously approved, in writing, by the Chief Human Capital Officer to seek a certification listed below and who attains such certification will receive the applicable salary increase stated below, effective the first day of the month following receipt of the certification.

It is desirable, but not required that a Distributor, will maintain at least one employee on their staff certified in Microsoft Windows NT, as well as staff who have been certified in other networking and convergence technologies. The Distributor is responsible for all costs associated with any such professional certification.

In the event that Microsoft discontinues MCP/NT certification a Distributor may substitute a Windows 2000 certification that includes the needed NT server training, as determined by Avaya. Acquiring the correct MCP certification is the obligation of the Distributor. The certification and testing process will be according to the requirements of Microsoft. The Distributor is responsible for all costs associated with professional certification. Avaya will require Distributor to furnish proof that the certification requirements have been successfully completed and that the certified individuals are employed by the Distributor. Failure to maintain employees with these certifications will result in the de-authorization of the Distributor to sell ECLIPS, if the situation is not corrected within 60 days. The Distributor must complete certification before they are authorized to sell ECLIPS. The terms of this Appendix shall commence on the date this Appendix is signed by both parties. In the event of a conflict between the terms and conditions of the Agreement and this Appendix, the terms and conditions of Distributor Master Terms and conditions remain in effect. Professional Certifications. (a) The Employer agrees to pay the necessary costs associated with obtaining, if the certification was not a condition of hiring, and maintaining all mandatory certifications, including the P.E. certification.

Professional Certifications. Employees who wish to begin a Certified 17 Emergency Manager (CEM) certification program shall submit such plan to the OEM Director or 18 Deputy Director. Payment of premium pay is contingent upon satisfactory completion of the CEM 19 program and the award of certification.
