Publication of Information. The Ancillary Service Provider acknowledges and agrees to the provisions for publication by the EMC and/or the PSO of certain information regarding Ancillary Service Contracts as provided under of section 8.7 of Chapter 5 of the Market Rules.

Publication of Information. 43.1 The Fire Department shall publish a complete list of personnel, known as the Station Roster, in all Fire Stations, Branches, quarterly. The Station Roster shall include names, regimental numbers, rank, certification levels and specialty training. The Fire Department shall also provide the information to Local 867 quarterly including the address and phone numbers of all employees.
