Specific Technology definition

Specific Technology means any technology (as it may be modified with [* * *] for specific application [* * *]) that has specific application [* * *], including but not limited to technology that has a [* * *] or otherwise is of specific utility [* * *]. Any technology that is not Specific Technology is General Technology.
Specific Technology means any technology (as it may be modified with modest effort for specific application in the Field) that has specific application in the Field, including but not limited to technology that has a unique use in the Field, is designed solely for use in the Field or otherwise is of specific utility to the Field such as the technologies listed on Section 1.1 of the Clorox Disclosure Schedule. Any technology that is not Specific Technology is General Technology.

  • CGI will provide, in accordance with Article 6 of the GLA, adequate training to no more than 0 Licensee employees regarding the proper operation and use of Deliverables, Licensee Specific Technology and Generic Research Technology created in the course of the Project.

  • CGI will perform maintenance and repair services on Deliverables, Licensee Specific Technology and Generic Research Technology in accordance with the GLA.

Related to Specific Technology

  • Licensor Technology means the Licensor Patents and the Licensor Know-How.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Patents and Licensed Know-How.

  • Licensee Technology means the Licensee Know-How and Licensee Patents.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Third Party Technology means any Patents, Information, inventions, or other intellectual property owned or controlled by a Third Party but not Controlled by a Party or its Affiliates.
