Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion - Lower Tier Covered Transactions (a) The prospective lower tier participant certifies, by submission of this proposal, that neither it nor its principals is presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded from participation in this transaction by any federal department or agency.
Termination and Return of Materials Within five (5) days of the end of the term of this Agreement or receipt of notice of termination by the MLS, the Receiving Party will return to the MLS all Confidential Information and all other materials provided by the MLS to the Receiving Party.
