Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion - Lower Tier Covered Transactions.  The Facility will not pay the Vendor for meals delivered outside the agreed upon delivery time, that do not meet sanitation and safety requirements at the time of delivery, and/or that do not meet CACFP meal requirements.  The Vendor, in carrying out the provisions of this Agreement, will invoice the Facility detailing the total number of meals and snacks supplied, by meal type, and the total charge. Part 180 that implement Executive Orders 12549 (3 C.F.R. Part 1986 Comp., p. 189) and 12689 (3 C.F.R. Part 1989 Comp., p. 235), “Debarment and Suspension.” XXX Exclusions contains the names of parties debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded by agencies, as well as parties declared ineligible under statutory or regulatory authority other than Executive Order 12549. Contract renewals that do not include this certification will not be accepted for consideration.
