Proprietary Products. 1. In accordance with the 1982 Virginia Public Procurement Act as amended, the ENGINEER will identify, to the OWNER, all proprietary products designed, specified or directed to be used in this Project, prior to incorporation into the bidding documents.

Proprietary Products. In order to maintain the high standards of quality associated with The Car Wash Guys System, Franchisee must purchase Proprietary Products or equipment from Franchisor or a person designated by Franchisor referred to in Section 4.5. Franchisee must not alter, amend or modify any of such Proprietary Products or equipment or use any other products instead of the Proprietary Products or equipment without the written authorization of the President of the Franchisor. Franchisee will not resell CAR WASH GUYS INTERNATIONAL, INC. supplies.
Proprietary Products. 13.1. We will maintain an inventory of Proprietary Product items up to the number of items specified in the Schedule. Each separate SKU counts as a separate item.

Upon Assignee's reasonable request, Assignor will promptly take such actions, including, without limitation, the prompt execution and delivery of documents in recordable form, as may be reasonably necessary to vest, secure, perfect, protect or enforce the rights and interests of Assignee in and to the Proprietary Products.
Proprietary Products. During the Term of this Agreement and for as long as CRI remains in compliance with its obligations hereunder, FieldSource will provide CRI access to the Proprietary Products. The Proprietary Product, type of access (co-branded or OEM), price, sales quotas, territory and other terms and conditions will be set out in written addenda to be attached to and incorporated into this Agreement.

Proprietary Products. For purposes of this Agreement, "Proprietary Products" are products that USF has in inventory, in transit or for which non-cancelable orders have been placed, that have been ordered, purchased, transferred or consigned for Customer's account, including without limitation, special order products, test products, menu special products, seasonal products, Customer label and non-Customer label products and other products brought into stock especially to service Customer's account, including requests from Customer units.

Because of the importance of quality and uniformity of production and the significance of the Proprietary Products to the System, it is to the mutual benefit of the parties that we closely control the production and distribution of the Proprietary Products. These items may include employee clothing (such as ties, hats and aprons), glassware, beverage paraphernalia for retail sale to customers, stationary, forms, products and advertising materials (the "Proprietary Products"), at then prevailing prices, plus freight, taxes and delivery costs.
