Public Entity. When authorized and with the signing of this Agreement the Charter School becomes a “public school within the state’s public education system,” U.C.A.
Public Entity. Seller acknowledges that Buyer is a public entity and that it is required to furnish financial statements to the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with this acquisition. To the extent available and in Seller's possession, Seller agrees, from the date of this Agreement and for a period of ninety (90) days following the Closing Date, to make the information available for Purchaser to audit the last 12 months of operation of the Property so that a report can be generated that is in compliance with accounting Regulation S-X of the Securities and Exchange Commission. In addition, Seller agrees to submit the form of letter attached hereto as EXHIBIT K to the property manager for signature.
Public Entity. The authorities represented by TECRO, any political subdivision of the authorities represented by TECRO (which, for the avoidance of doubt, includes a province, county, or municipality), or any wholly owned agency or instrumentality of the authorities represented by TECRO or any one or more of the foregoing (each, a “ Public Entity”). This category is comprised of the integral parts, controlled entities, and political subdivisions of the authorities represented by TECRO.
Public Entity. If Grantee is a public entity, Grantee shall comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and orders of any court or governmental authority that relate to this Agreement including without limitation the prevailing wage rate requirements set forth in ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 and the administrative rules promulgated thereunder (“Prevailing Wage Rate Law” or “PWR”), or, if applicable, 40 U.S.C. 3141 et seq. (“Davis-Bacon Act”).
Public Entity. A public entity pursuant to Section 24-10-103(5), C.R.S., as amended, and that is formed by this Pool Agreement by Member Special Districts as a separate and independent governmental and legal entity pursuant to the provisions of Article XIV, Section 18(2) of the Colorado Constitution and Sections 29-1-201 et. seq., 8-44-101(1)(C) and (3), 8-44-204, 24-10-115.5, and 29-13-102, C.R.S., as amended.
