The Project Period Sample Clauses
The Project Period clause defines the specific timeframe during which the project activities are to be performed and completed. It typically outlines the start and end dates for the project, and may include provisions for extensions or adjustments if certain conditions are met, such as delays or changes in scope. By clearly establishing the duration of the project, this clause helps manage expectations, coordinate schedules, and prevent disputes over deadlines or project completion.
