Xxxxx Act. Subrecipient agrees that no funds provided, nor personnel employed under this Contract, shall be in any way or to any extent engaged in the conduct of political activities in violation of the Hatch Act, 5 U.S.C. Section 1501 et seq. and Chapter 15 of Title V of the U.S.C.
Xxxxx Act. “Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act” shall mean the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002, as it may be amended from time to time.
Xxxxx Act. The Grantee agrees that no funds provided, nor personnel employed under this Agreement, shall be, in any way or to any extent, engaged in the conduct of political activities in violation of Chapter 15 of Title V U.S.C.
Xxxxx Act. The Beneficiary agrees that no funds provided, nor personnel employed under the Agreement, shall be in any way or to any extent engaged in the conduct of political activities in violation of Chapter 15 of Title 5 of the United States Code.
Xxxxx Act. Contractor agrees to comply with the provisions of the Hatch Act (Title 5 USC, Sections 1501-1508), which limit the political activities of employees whose principal employment activities are funded in whole or in part with federal funds.
Xxxxx Act. The Sub-Adviser will promptly notify the Trust in the event (i) the Sub-Adviser is served or otherwise receives notice of any action, suit, proceeding, inquiry or investigation, at law or in equity, before or by any court, public board, or body, involving the affairs of the Trust (excluding class action suits in which a Fund is a member of the plaintiff class by reason of the Fund's ownership of shares in the defendant) or the compliance by the Sub-Adviser with the federal or state securities laws or (ii) an actual change in control of the Sub-Adviser resulting in an "assignment" (as defined in the 1940 Act) has occurred or is otherwise proposed to occur.
Xxxxx Act. “Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act” shall mean the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002.
Xxxxx Act. In accordance with the provisions of the Hatch Act (5 U.S.C. 1501- 1508 and 7324-7328), no funds provided, nor personnel employed under this Agreement, shall be in any way or any extent engaged in the conduct of political activities.
Xxxxx Act. Xxxxxxx agrees to comply, as applicable, with requirements of the Hatch Act (5 U.S.C.§§ 1501-1508 and 7324-7328), which limits certain political activities of federal employees, as well as certain other employees who work in connection with federally funded programs.
