Program Coordinator Compensation. (a) Compensation for program coordinator positions will be 6 hours of load to be disbursed over Summer, Fall and Spring semesters with the approval of the Xxxx/Assistant Xxxx and a one-time add-on to base of $500 subject to removal upon termination of program coordinator responsibilities OR a yearly stipend of $4,300 to be paid starting Summer semester.

Program Coordinator Compensation. Program Coordinators will be compensated according to the number of full-time and part-time faculty in their department. Program Coordinators who have a combined total of 1-19 full-time and part-time faculty will receive a 3 contact hour reduction in teaching load plus a stipend equivalent to 2.066 credit hours of overload pay. Program Coordinators who have a combined total of 20-39 full-time and part-time faculty will receive a 6 contact hour reduction in teaching load. Program Coordinators who have a combined total of 40-49 full-time and part-time faculty will receive one hour of overload pay in addition to a 6 contact hour reduction in teaching load. Program Coordinators who have a combined total of 50-59 full-time and part-time faculty will receive two hours of overload pay in addition to a 6 contact hour reduction in teaching load. Program Coordinators who have a combined total of 60 or more full-time and part-time faculty will receive three hours of overload pay in addition to a 6 contact hour reduction in teaching load. Program Coordinators who must prepare accreditation documents for external accreditation agencies will receive an additional 3 contact hour reduction in teaching load for the semester prior to the accreditation visit and a 3 contact hour reduction in teaching load for the semester of the site visit. Additionally, Program Coordinators shall receive an annual stipend equivalent to 1.333 credit hours of overload pay in recognition of their summer work responsibilities.
Program Coordinator Compensation. (a) For 9-month faculty, compensation for program coordinator positions will be 3 hours of load per semester when under contract and 2 hours of load per semester when not under contract.

  • Provision for Generation Compensation Grid unavailability in a contract year as defined in the PPA: (only period from 8 am to 6 pm to be counted): Generation Loss = [(Average Generation per hour during the Contract Year) × (number of hours of grid unavailability during the Contract Year)] Where, Average Generation per hour during the Contract Year (kWh) = Total generation in the Contract Year (kWh) ÷ Total hours of generation in the Contract Year. The excess generation by the SPD equal to this generation loss shall be procured by the Buying Utility at the PSA tariff so as to offset this loss in the succeeding 3 (three) Contract Years.

  • Compensation for Basic Services A. Owner shall make payment for Part I and Part II services monthly. The payments shall be in proportion to the progress of Architect's work. Final payment for each phase shall become due and payable upon completion and approval by Owner of that phase of Architect's work.

  • PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.

  • Compensation for Additional Services Additional Services shall be compensated as set forth on Exhibit A for the stipulated payment amounts set forth therein. Other Additional Services not set forth on Exhibit A that are required or requested by the Owner shall be compensated as agreed, using the methodology set forth on Exhibit A, prior to the Design Professional undertaking such Additional Services; provided, however, that if such compensation cannot be agreed, the Additional Services shall be performed at the hourly rates set forth and listed in Exhibit B, plus reimbursable expenses pursuant to Article 4.1.3 below, with a limitation as to maximum amount specified.

  • Fees and Compensation Managers and Officers may receive such compensation and fees, if any, for their services, and such reimbursement for expenses, as may be determined by resolution of the Board.
