Product Update. Developer shall use its best efforts to create Developer Works that complement and enhance the Autodesk products and/or services. With respect to Developer Works that are Developer’s commercial products, Developer shall have completed and commenced shipment of such Developer Works as soon as practicable for the most recent release of the applicable Software. This Section shall apply only to Developer Works that are commercially released by Developer and that require the Software to operate.

Product Update. Before the Litigation was started, Honda Canada was already providing a Product Update to Class Vehicles at no cost to vehicle owners. Honda Canada will continue to provide this Product Update. As part of the Product Update service, engine oil will be replaced to remove any excess fuel or moisture that may have accumulated in the engine oil.
Product Update. The Awarded Suppliers may update the contract price lists at the end of each contract period (at renewal time if agreed), during the contract period to reflect new products, manufacturer‘s price changes, and deletion of discontinued products. Suppliers shall submit a letter to the appropriate Commodity Specialist requesting review and approval of the updated price list. The Supplier shall itemize all changes in a clear and concise fashion. It is the responsibility of the supplier to adequately justify changes. All requests for updates must be accompanied by the manufacturer‘s latest, official, published price list along with a letter of verification from the manufacturer. Suppliers will be notified in writing by the Commodity Specialist indicating approval or disapproval of the requested update. If approved, a contract change notice will be issued putting the updated price list on contract it will then be the responsibility of the supplier to distribute the price list to the users. At no time are awarded suppliers allowed to unilaterally change products or pricing. Orders will be monitored to ensure compliance. MINIMUM ORDER: The minimum order qualifying for F.O.B. destination prices pre-paid and allowed placed against this contract shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00). Orders under $500.00 may be delivered with the freight cost added to invoice. Vendors shall provide ordering agency with written quotes of shipping charges prior to shipment.
Product Update. The term "Product Update" shall refer to any new release of a Product or of Product documentation the primary purpose of which is to correct or provide a workaround for a defect or problem with such Product or such Product documentation.
Product Update. A maintenance release including modifications and enhancements. In the case of Software Products, such modifications and enhancements may be aimed at fixing software bugs to the Product. The term “Products” shall thereafter include such updates. Product Upgrade.   • How to Update Your Records You agree to promptly update your registration records if your e-mail address or other information changes. You may update your records, such as your e-mail address, by using the Profile page.

  • Product Recall (a) If a recall is required by applicable Law, or if Buyer or Supplier reasonably determines that a recall is advisable because the goods may create a potential safety hazard, are not in compliance with any applicable code, standard or legal requirement, or contain a defect or non-conformance with the requirements of this Order occurring or likely to occur in multiple goods, which such defects or non-conformances are substantially similar or have substantially similar causes or effects (collectively a “Serial Defect”), the parties shall promptly communicate such facts to each other. At Buyer’s request, Supplier shall promptly develop a corrective action plan satisfactory to Buyer, which shall include all actions required to recall and/or repair the goods and any actions required by applicable Law (“Corrective Action Plan”) for Buyer’s review and approval. At Buyer’s election, Xxxxx may develop the Corrective Action Plan. In no event shall Buyer and Supplier’s failure to agree on the Corrective Action Plan delay the timely notification of a potential safety hazard, non-compliance or Serial Defect to users of the goods, cause either party to be non-compliant with applicable Law or prevent Buyer from taking reasonable actions to prevent injury or damage to persons, equipment or other property. Supplier and Buyer shall cooperate with and assist each other in any corrective actions and/or filings, if applicable.

  • Schedule Updates the Contractor agrees to maintain the Work duration schedule updates on an ongoing basis and, when the County requests it, include the updates in its payment request. The Contractor may be required to submit a narrative report with each monthly update which shall include a description of current and anticipated problem areas, delaying factors and their impact, and an explanation of corrective action taken or proposed. Failure to do so may be considered a material breach of the Contract. Any additional or unanticipated costs or expense required to maintain the schedules shall be solely the Contractor’s obligation and Contractor agrees not to charge the County.

  • Product Data Illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams, and other information furnished by Developer to illustrate a material, product, or system for some portion of the Work.

  • PRICE LISTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION Contractors should provide an electronic version of the proposed price list in an Excel format or pdf on a jump drive. Also provide a dealer list, if applicable in an Excel format with "read and write" capabilities on the same jump drive. No costs or expenses associated with providing this information in the required format shall be charged to the State of Arkansas. At the time of contract renewal contractor will furnish OSP with an updated dealer list and published price list.

  • Product Recalls The Company is not aware of any pattern or series of claims against the Company or any of its subsidiaries which reasonably could be expected to result in a generalized product recall relating to products sold by the Company or any of its subsidiaries, regardless of whether such product recall is formal, informal, voluntary or involuntary.

  • Product References a. “Or Equal” In all Solicitations or Bid Specifications, the words “or equal” are understood to apply where a copyrighted, brand name, trade name, catalog reference, or patented Product is referenced. References to such specific Product are intended as descriptive, not restrictive, unless otherwise stated. Comparable Product will be considered if proof of compatibility is provided, including appropriate catalog excerpts, descriptive literature, specifications and test data, etc. The Commissioner’s decision as to acceptance of the Product as equal shall be final.
