Product Listing; Merchandising; Order Processing. We will enable you to list Your Products on a particular Amazon Site, and conduct merchandising and promote Your Products in accordance with the Agreement (including via the Amazon Associated Properties or any other functions, features, advertising, or programs on or in connection with the applicable Amazon Site). We may use mechanisms that rate, or allow shoppers to rate, Your Products and your performance as a seller and Amazon may make these ratings and feedback publicly available. We will provide Order Information to you for each order of Your Products through the applicable Amazon Site. We will also receive all Sales Proceeds on your behalf for each of these transactions and will have exclusive rights to do so, and will remit them to you in accordance with these Selling on Amazon Service Terms. We may permit certain customers to place invoiced orders for Your Products, in which case remittance of Sales Proceeds may be delayed according to each customer’s invoicing terms. You will accept and fulfill invoiced orders in the same manner as you accept and fulfill non-invoiced orders, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.

Aggregator will list Seller’s Products for sale on the AGGREGATOR Digital Platforms through the Seller contact information, in the applicable product categories which are supported for third party sellers generally on the AGGREGATOR Site and conduct merchandising and promote Seller’s Products as determined by Aggregator (including via the AGGREGATOR Associated Properties or any other functions, features, advertising, or programs on or in connection with the AGGREGATOR Digital Platforms). AGGREGATOR reserves its right to restrict at any time in its sole discretion the access to list in any or all categories on the AGGREGATOR Digital Platforms. Aggregator may use mechanisms that rate or allow Users to rate Seller’s Products and/or performance as a seller on the AGGREGATOR Digital Platforms and AGGREGATOR may make these ratings and feedback publicly available and and the Seller will not restrict and or prohibit disclosure thereof by AGGREGATOR. Aggregator will provide Order Information to Seller for each of the Transactions. Role and responsibility of AGGREGATOR will be that of the “Aggregator” and thus the AGGREGATOR will not maintain any stock of the Products of the Seller in order to promote sell of the same on the AGGREGATOR’s Site. AGGREGATOR will merely follow instructions of the Seller in as much as host on AGGREGATOR’s Site all information relating to Products provided by the Seller. In case, a certain product is not available with or cannot be imported by the Seller, then they will inform the AGGREGATOR about the same, so that the AGGREGATOR can update the AGGREGATOR’s Site to remove the said product from the Seller’s listing of products on the AGGREGATOR’s Site. Such intimation of availability must be sent by the Seller to the AGGREGATOR on a weekly basis. The AGGREGATOR will receive all Sales Proceeds on the Seller’s behalf for each of these transactions and will have exclusive rights to do so, and will remit them to the Seller in accordance with Payment terms of this Agreement which will be on monthly basis as defined under this Agreement.

Amazon reserves its right to restrict at any time in its sole discretion the access to list in any or all categories on the Amazon Site. We may use mechanisms that rate, or allow shoppers to rate, Your Products and/or your performance as a seller on the Amazon Site and Amazon may make these ratings and feedback publicly available. We will provide Order Information to you for each of Your Transactions. Sales Proceeds will be paid to you only in accordance with Section S-6. S-1.3

We will list Your Products for sale on the Service Provider Site in the applicable product categories which are supported for third party sellers generally on the Service Provider Site on the applicable Selling on Service Provider Launch Date, and conduct merchandising and promote Your Products (including via the Service Provider Associated Properties or any other functions, features, advertising, or programs on or in connection with the Service Provider Site). Service Provider reserves its right to restrict at any time in its sole discretion the access to list in any or all categories on the Service Provider Site. We may use mechanisms that rate, or allow shoppers to rate, Your Products and/or your performance as a seller on the Service Provider Site and Service Provider may make these ratings and feedback publicly available. We will provide Order Information to you for each of Your Transactions.
Product Listing; Merchandising; Order Processing. We will list your products for sale on one or more of the Sites, and conduct merchandising and promote your products as determined by us. In our discretion, we may use mechanisms that rate, or allow shoppers to rate, your products and/or your performance as a seller and Company may make these ratings and feedback publicly available. We will provide order information to you, in a format to be determined, for each Payment Transaction within a reasonable amount of time after such Payment Transaction. We will also collect all sales proceeds for each of these transactions and will have exclusive rights to do so, and will remit the net proceeds to you in accordance with the terms of this EZ Cart Merchant Agreement.

Agora Exchange will enable a Seller to create a website on the Agora Exchange E-commerce platform and to conduct merchandising, promotion, and selling of products as permitted by Agora Exchange. Seller agrees to allow Agora Exchange to collect data resulting from each order processed through Agora Exchange, including but not limited to, Buyer name and contact information, payment information, specific product purchased, shipping, and tracking (“Order Information”).

We will enable you to list your products on a particular Localposh Site, and conduct merchandising and promote your products as permitted by us (including via the Localposh Associated Properties or any other functions, features, advertising, or programs on or in connection with the applicable Localposh Site). We may use mechanisms that rate, or allow shoppers to rate, your products and your performance as a Vendor and Localposh may make these ratings and feedback publicly available. We will provide order information to you for each order of your products through the applicable Localposh Site.

We will enable you to list Your Products on the XXX website, and conduct merchandising and promote Your Products as permitted by us (including via the XXX Facebook site). We may use mechanisms that rate, or allow shoppers to rate, Your Products and XXX may make these ratings and feedback publicly available. We will provide Order Information to you for each order of Your Products through the applicable XXX website when quarterly royalties are paid. You also have access to vendor reports which can give you a comprehensive report of your own vendor sales for any given calendar date period. We will also receive all Sales Proceeds on your behalf for each of these transactions and will have exclusive rights to do so, and will remit them to you in accordance with the XXX Business Model.

Shop & Share reserves its right to restrict at any time in its sole discretion the access to list in any or all categories on the Shop & Share Site. Shop & Share may use mechanisms that rate, or allow shoppers to rate, the Vendor’s Products and/or its/his/her performance as a seller on the Shop & Share Site and Shop & Share may make these ratings and feedback publicly available. Shop & Share will provide Order Information to you for each of Your Transactions.
