Password Security. You are responsible for maintaining adequate security and control of any and all User IDs, Passwords, hints, personal identification numbers (PINs), or any other codes that you use to access the Account. Do not discuss, compare, or share information about your account number or password unless you are willing to give them full use of your money. Any loss or compromise of the foregoing information and/or your personal information may result in unauthorized access to your Account by third-parties and the loss or theft of any funds held in your Account and any associated accounts, including your Account. Checks and electronic withdrawals are processed by automated methods, and anyone who obtains your account number or access device could use it to withdraw money from your account, with or without your permission. You are responsible for keeping your email address and telephone number up to date in order to receive any notices or alerts that we may send you. We assume no responsibility for any loss that you may sustain due to compromise of your account login credentials due to no fault of ours and/or your failure to follow or act on any notices or alerts that we may send to you. If you believe your Account information has been compromised, or that someone has transferred or may transfer money from your account without your permission, contact us immediately, through Synapse, at firstname.lastname@example.org or call at +0(000) 000-0000. You agree to promptly review all Account and transaction records and other Communications that we make available to you and to promptly report any discrepancy to us.
Password Security. Any password we provide to you may be used only during the Term to access Seller Central (or other tools we provide) to use the Services, electronically accept Your Transactions, and review your completed Transactions. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You may not disclose your password to any third party (other than third parties authorized by you to use your account or Seller Central in accordance with this Agreement) and are solely responsible for any use of or action taken under your password. If your password is compromised, you must immediately change your password.
Password Security. You agree to restrict use and access to your password and log-on ID to your employees and agents as may be reasonably necessary and you will ensure that each such employee or agent complies with the terms of this Agreement. You will not give, transfer, assign, sell, resell or otherwise dispose of the information and materials provided to you to utilize the Services. You are solely responsible for maintaining adequate security and control of any and all IDs, passwords, or any other codes that are issued to you by PayPal, each Acquiring Bank or the Card Companies.
Password Security. Strong passwords must be used to access all IT services, including the Admin Website logon. Strong passwords are defined as having more than eight characters, not matching standard “dictionary” definitions. Customer acknowledges that Company may maintain, or use a third party who maintains, physical and technical security of the servers at a level commensurate with reasonable commercial practices for similar types of information (such as, but not limited to, lock and key, encryption, and blocking and identifying unauthorized access to data).
Password Security. In order to access Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx Services you will be required to create or be given security details, including a username and password. You are responsible for keeping the electronic device through which you access Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx Services safe and maintaining adequate security and control of any and all security details that you use to access the Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx Services. This includes taking all reasonable steps to avoid the loss, theft or misuse of such electronic device and ensuring that such electronic device is encrypted and password protected. Any loss or compromise of your electronic device or your security details may result in unauthorised access to your Hitscrypto Account by third- parties and the loss or theft of any Digital Currency held in your Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx Xxxxxx and anyassociated accounts, including your linked bank account(s) and credit card(s). You must keep your security details safe at all times. For example, you should not write them down orotherwise make them visible to others.
Password Security. Customer will keep confidential usernames, passwords, identification and security codes provided by Questionmark and will notify Questionmark promptly if it suspects loss or unauthorized use or disclosure of any such username, password or code. Except for activity occurring more than one (1) Business Day after notifying Questionmark of such suspicion, Customer is responsible for activity carried out by a User or under any username, password, identification or security code issued to it and shall take all reasonable efforts to prevent such breach and mitigate any losses.
Password Security a) The Player shall select a secure and hard-to-guess password. It is the Player’s responsibility to keep the password confidential.
Password Security. For certain WOW! services, WOW! requires the creation of a customer user identification and/or password that enables access to services and account information. Customer agrees that it will immediately change any default user identification and/or password and will be responsible for the confidentiality, security and use of user identifications and/or passwords. Customer shall immediately notify WOW! if there has been an unauthorized release, use or other compromise of any user identification or password. WOW! shall not be liable for any loss, cost, expense or other liability arising out of any unauthorized access to a service or Customer account by use of Customer’s user identification and/or password.
