Product Insurance. AeroGen shall furnish PathoGenesis with Certificates of Insurance within forty-five (45) days of the first commercial sale of the Inhaler Drug Product or Inhaler Product and shall furnish PathoGenesis with annual renewal Certificates of Insurance fifteen (15) days prior to each anniversary of such first sale. The Certificate of Insurance will extend product liability broad form vendors coverage to PathoGenesis. A thirty (30) day written notice, as practicable, of cancellation or reduction in scope or amount of coverage will be provided to PathoGenesis. If such insurance is written on a claims-made form following termination of this Agreement, coverage shall survive for a period of no less than two (2) years.
