PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE SCHEME. The Executive is covered under the Group Scheme at Company cost (except as a benefit for tax purposes). The cover is described in the leaflet issued by the insurers and is applicable as described in Schedule C. The Company reserves the right from time to time to amend this cover provided that the benefits under such amended cover are not materially different to those then applying under the then existing cover.

PRIVATE MEDICAL INSURANCE SCHEME. 5.1 Subject to clause 7 (Conditions Applicable to Insured Benefits), the Executive and his wife and children under the age of 18 years or 22 years if the children are still in full time education (if he chooses to elect them) will be eligible to join the UK Company’s private medical insurance scheme. On termination provided that the Executive maintains private medical insurance cover for himself and his spouse and dependants at a level of cover comparable to that which was provided by the Company immediately prior to termination, and agrees the cost of such cover with the Company in advance, the Executive will be entitled to receive reimbursement from the Company for the cost of premiums for such cover (the “Private Medical Insurance Payment”), in respect of the period of 12 months immediately following the Executive’s termination of employment, payable following receipt of evidence by the Company (or its nominated manager for this purpose) of payment of such cover. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Private Medical Insurance Payment will be provided to the Executive and his dependants only to the extent that it is permitted by applicable law and does not cause the Company or the UK Company to incur adverse tax or similar consequences.

  • Medical Insurance The Company shall provide to Executive, Executive's spouse and children, at its sole cost, such health, dental and optical insurance as the Company may from time to time make available to its other executive employees.

  • Retiree Medical Insurance Retiree insurance coverage is included within each medical plan for all retirees under the age of 65 years, through self-payment. The Employer shall make available an appropriate medical plan for all eligible retirees ages 65 years or older.

  • Basic Medical Insurance All regular Employees may choose to be covered by the medical plan for which the British Columbia Medical Plan is the licensed carrier. Benefits and premiums shall be in accordance with the existing policy of the plan. The Employer will pay one hundred percent (100%) of the regular premium.

  • Optical Insurance The Employer shall contribute the full composite premium cost for an optical insurance plan policy premium for each SUCCESS employee deemed eligible (e.g. Vision Service Plan). Participation in the optical insurance benefit is voluntary for each eligible SUCCESS employee. In order to qualify for the Employer’s share of the monthly premium, the SUCCESS employee must qualify under the rules and regulations of the respective carrier and may enroll in one of the following plans:

  • Retiree Health Insurance Retired members of the Department receiving, or to receive City of Lincoln monthly pension checks, may participate in the group comprehensive health care plan for active City employees, provided that each retiree so desiring will execute the required forms in a timely fashion, and further provided that each retiree will be required to pay the full monthly cost at the current rates subject to any rate increases which may occur from time to time. Such payment will be made by payroll deduction from pension checks, or by direct payment in the case of an early retiree.

  • INDUSTRIAL INSURANCE It is understood and agreed that there shall be no Industrial Insurance coverage provided for Contractor or any Sub-Contractor of the Contractor by the City. Contractor agrees, as a precondition to the performance of any work under this Agreement and as a precondition to any obligation of the City to make any payment under this Agreement to provide City with a certificate issued by an insurer in accordance with NRS 616B.627 and with a certificate of an insurer showing coverage pursuant to NRS 617.210. It is further understood and agreed by and between City and Contractor that Contractor shall procure, pay for, and maintain the above mentioned industrial insurance coverage at Contractor's sole cost and expense. Should Contractor be self-funded for Industrial Insurance, Contractor shall so notify City in writing prior to the signing of this Contract. City reserves the right to approve said retentions, and may request additional documentation, financial or otherwise, for review prior to the signing of this Contract. MINIMUM LIMITS OF INSURANCE CONTRACTOR shall maintain coverages and limits no less than:

  • Health Care Insurance While a faculty member is on an approved leave of this type, the faculty member will be advised regarding the right to continue health care benefits in accordance with COBRA during the period of unpaid absence.

  • Group Health Insurance Immediately following retirement, the teacher shall have the option of remaining in the Corporation’s current group health insurance plan if all of the following conditions are met as of the date of retirement and thereafter:

  • Standard Hazard Insurance and Flood Insurance Policies (a) For each Mortgage Loan, the Master Servicer shall enforce any obligation of the Servicers under the related Servicing Agreements to maintain or cause to be maintained standard fire and casualty insurance and, where applicable, flood insurance, all in accordance with the provisions of the related Servicing Agreements. It is understood and agreed that such insurance shall be with insurers meeting the eligibility requirements set forth in the applicable Servicing Agreement and that no earthquake or other additional insurance is to be required of any Mortgagor or to be maintained on property acquired in respect of a defaulted loan, other than pursuant to such applicable laws and regulations as shall at any time be in force and as shall require such additional insurance.
