Eligible Family Members means, with respect to each annual benefit year, Executive's spouse or travel companion, dependent unmarried children through age 20 and through age 25 if full-time students, and a maximum of two parents (which may be biological or step-parents); provided that, if Flight Benefits are provided to Executive after Executive's termination of employment pursuant to this Agreement, then, following such termination of employment, an Eligible Family Member shall not include any individual with respect to whom a benefit described in paragraph 4.8(ix)(2)(a) is taxable;

Eligible Family Members means spouse and dependent children of eligible officials, special appointees or regular staff members for whom educational allowance, medical coverage, and travel expenses are provided for by the Union in accordance with the provisions stipulated under the relevant Regulations and Rules where applicable.

The parties further agree that the registration of domestic partners of benefit eligible employees, and all other procedures and conditions required to receive health benefits as currently set forth in CalPERS Circular Letter 200- 189-04, shall also apply to the receipt of dental and vision benefits. If said CalPERS regulations are revised, Circular Letter 000-000-00 as amended will control the implementation of health, dental and vision benefits for the domestic partners of benefit eligible employees.
