Preliminary Plat Review. (a) Before submitting a final plat for approval, the subdivider shall prepare a preliminary plat and a written application for approval and shall file fifteen (15) copies of the preliminary plat and the application with the Village Clerk at least thirty (30) days prior to the meeting of the Plan Commission at which action is desired. The subdivider shall also forward a copy to the local electric and telephone utilities. When the subdivider expects the Village to act as the transmitting authority in accordance with § 236.12, Wis. Stats., the application shall state that transmittal responsibility lies with the Village, shall contain a list of the other authorities to which the plat must be submitted, and shall be accompanied by such additional fees and copies of the plat as are necessary to be transmitted to such authorities.

  • Preliminary Evaluation Site evaluation and planning functions should proceed concurrently with the accomplishment of Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents. The road profile sheets shall be to the scale of 1-inch = 20 feet. Developer shall provide a minimum of one benchmark, datum being NAVD ‘88, on the project site; and the elevation and location of the benchmark shall be indicated on the maps furnished by Developer.

  • Document Review The Company and the Executive hereby acknowledge and agree that each (i) has read this Agreement in its entirety prior to executing it, (ii) understands the provisions and effects of this Agreement, (iii) has consulted with such attorneys, accountants and financial and other advisors as it or he has deemed appropriate in connection with their respective execution of this Agreement, and (iv) has executed this Agreement voluntarily and knowingly.
