Agreement Review. If, pursuant to section 25.10 (Review of Agreement) of the Bilateral Agreement, the Bilateral Agreement is reviewed after three or five years, or both, of the effective date of the Bilateral Agreement, and any changes to the Bilateral Agreement are required as a result, the Parties agree to amend the Agreement as necessary and in a manner that is consistent with such changes.
Agreement Review. The parties shall, together with the Board, review the operation of this Agreement at least once every four years.
Agreement Review. 11.1 There will be an annual review of this Agreement to ensure it is achieving its objectives and that each Authority is upholding the general aims and spirit of this Agreement. Agreement Review. This Settlement Agreement has been carefully read by each of the Parties, or the responsible officers thereof, and its contents are known and understood by each of the Parties.
