Pre-Design Phase (PD). 2.2.1 The Professional shall meet with the Owner to ascertain the requirements of the Project. The approved Facilities Program shall serve as the basic planning document for the development of plans and specifications.

Pre-Design Phase (PD). Professional shall meet with Owner to ascertain the requirements of the Project. The approved Building Program and OPR shall serve as the basic planning documents for the development of the Construction Documents (hereinafter defined). Professional shall provide a preliminary evaluation of Owner's Building Program and OPR, schedule and construction budget requirements, each in terms of the other, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 5.2. After reviewing the Building Program and OPR, Professional shall advise Owner of the tests and surveys described in Article 4 that should be conducted prior to development of the Construction Documents. Professional shall review with Owner alternative approaches to design and construction of the Project. Professional shall submit to Owner in electronic format a revised Building Program that incorporates all changes to Owner’s Facilities Program, if any, made during the Pre-Design Phase.

  • Design Phase All Basic Services set forth in the Agreement with the exception of Interdisciplinary Document Coordination Review, conducting a Card Trick session, Value-Engineering services, Estimating services. Bidding Phase • All Basic Services set forth in the Agreement. Construction Phase • All Basic Services set forth in the Agreement. Post-Construction • All Basic Services set forth in the Agreement.

  • Final Design Phase A. After acceptance by Owner of the Preliminary Design Phase documents, revised opinion of probable Construction Cost as determined in the Preliminary Design Phase, and/or any other Right of Way plan documents, subject to any Owner-directed modifications or changes in the scope, extent, character, or design requirements of or for the Project, and upon written authorization from Owner, Engineer shall:

  • Schematic Design Phase INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE

  • Design Development Phase INDICATE IN STATEMENT OF WORK “NOT APPLICABLE” IF SECTION IS NOT APPLICABLE

  • Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee. The Construction Phase Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

  • Preliminary Design Phase During the Preliminary Design Phase, the CONSULTANT shall, if requested by the CITY and accepted by the CONSULTANT as part of a Services Authorization:

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in xxxxx, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.

  • Construction Phase Payments 10.3.1 Payments for Construction Phase Services shall be made as provided for in the UGSC and Owner’s Specifications. All payment requests shall be submitted through e- Builder® with a Schedule of Values and include all required attachments. Payment for approved Change Orders shall be made as part of Contractor’s Application for Payment. Failure to submit a Prime Contractor Progress Assessment Report form with each Application for Payment will cause rejection of the application by Owner and its return to Contractor.
