Planning Documents definition

Planning Documents means Land Use Bylaw, Municipal Planning Strategy, and Subdivision Bylaw.
Planning Documents means any planning permissions, building regulations approvals and completion certificates or planning orders or documents.
Planning Documents means the planning documents required by Huu-ay-aht and described in Schedule “C” related to the Licencee’s Operations, including, as determined by Huu-ay-aht at its sole discretion, cutting permits, road permits or other such authorizations, that set the rules, requirements and restrictions on the Licencee’s Operations;

More Definitions of Planning Documents

Planning Documents means, and shall be limited to, the General Plan provisions applicable to this Project, the Vesting Tentative Map for this Project, the Mitigated Negative Declaration approved for this Project, including all conditions and mitigation measures, the terms of the December 13, 2021 Resolution No. 2021-27 of the Planning Commission of the City of Eureka, the Zoning Code, the Humboldt Low Impact Development Stormwater Manual, and this Agreement and such amendments to this Agreement as may, from time to time, be approved pursuant to Section 5.1.
Planning Documents means Land Use Bylaw, Municipal Planning Strategy, and Subdivision Bylaw of the Town of Wolfville.
