Practicum Student. The practicum student is responsible for discharging his/her assigned duties in a professional manner and for responding to supervision appropriately. The student should follow all ethical and legal codes of the profession and should follow all rules and regulations of the practicum site regarding professional conduct. The student is expected to comply with all policies and procedures of the site and is expected to maintain confidentiality of all records and patient information. Clients will be informed of the status of the student as a “Psychology Practicum Student” or “Psychology Trainee” and a treatment consent form will be signed by all clients of the student.

Practicum Student. An individual enrolled in, or about to enroll in, a post-secondary institution. A practicum may be up to three (3) months in duration. Practicum students shall be unpaid. They may perform bargaining unit functions, but only under the direct supervision of a bargaining unit employee-owner.

  • PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL IMPROVEMENT A. The Board agrees to implement the following:

  • Development of the Property Except as modified by this Agreement, the Development and the Property will be developed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to the City’s ordinances and the zoning regulations applicable to the Property, and such amendments to City ordinances and regulations that that may be applied to the Development and the Property under Chapter 245, Texas Local Government Code, and good engineering practices (the “Applicable Regulations”).
