Population And Student Enrollment Projections Distributed Annually. In fulfillment of their respective planning duties, the County, Cities, and School Board agree to coordinate and base their plans upon consistent projections of the amount, type, and distribution of population growth and student enrollment. At the first staff working group meeting of the school year described at subsection 2.1, the County and Cities shall provide updated five-year municipal population projections and the School Board will supply the annually updated student enrollment projections.

Population And Student Enrollment Projections Distributed Annually. In fulfillment of their respective planning duties, the County, Cities, and School Board agree to coordinate and base their plans upon consistent projections of the amount, type, and distribution of population growth and student enrollment. The County and Cities will provide the School Board with a listing of their potentially useful surplus properties by August 15. At this time, a potentially useful property is a minimum of 10 acres for Elementary Schools, 20 acres for Middle Schools, and 40 acres for High Schools. The standards for potentially useful properties may be changed by the School Board at any time and the COC will be notified. The County and Cities shall provide updated five year population projections from the Local Government Comprehensive Plans or other Local Government adopted documents and development data by October 15 as required by Section 9.1 of this Agreement and the School Board will supply the annually updated Financially Feasible Plan by December 31st as described in Section 9.2 of this Agreement.
