Distribution Protocol definition
Distribution Protocol means the plan for distributing the Settlement Amount and accrued interest, in whole or in part, as approved by the Courts.
Distribution Protocol means the plan developed by Class Counsel for distributing the Settlement Amount, plus accrued interest and less approved Administration Expenses and Class Counsel Fees, to Settlement Class Members, as approved by the Courts.
Distribution Protocol means the document attached as Schedule “I” stipulating the proposed distribution of the Net Settlement Amount or such other plan of distribution as may be approved by the Court.

More Definitions of Distribution Protocol
Distribution Protocol means the plan for distributing the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members as approved by the Courts, which may, if directed by the Courts, require the Settlement Fund to be held in trust until the resolution of the Actions in whole or in part.
Distribution Protocol means the protocol for the distribution of the Net Settlement Funds approved by the Courts. The Parties’ proposed form of Distribution Protocol is attached hereto as Schedule “1”.
Distribution Protocol means the plans as set out in Part 9 of this Settlement Agreement for distribution of the Settlement Funds, including: (i) payment of the Unconditional Individual Amount to each member of the Settlement Class; (ii) payments from the Reversionary Funds to Qualifying Members; (iii) payment of Claims Administration Costs and/or any honorarium to the Representative Plaintiff from the Non-Reversionary Amounts; and (iv) payment of Class Counsel Fees.
Distribution Protocol means the plan for distributing the Settlement Fund and accrued interest to the Class as approved by the Court, in the form of Schedule E hereto.
Distribution Protocol means the protocol that governs the distribution of the Settlement Fund and the administration and claims process developed to do so set out at section 7 of this Settlement Agreement.
Distribution Protocol. “Eligible Securities”, “Net Settlement Amount”, “Settlement Amount”, and “SNC”, as used herein, are defined in the Settlement Agreement, which definitions apply to and are incorporated herein. In addition, the following definitions apply to this Distribution Protocol:
Distribution Protocol means the “Notice Dissemination Plan, Claims Process and Distribution Protocol”, substantially in the form of Schedule A, for distributing the notices and settlement Compensation to Class Members who submit a valid claim.
