Distribution Protocol definition

Distribution Protocol means the plan for distributing the Settlement Amount and accrued interest, in whole or in part, as approved by the Courts.
Distribution Protocol means the protocol developed by Class Counsel for the distribution of amounts from the Settlement Amount to the Class Members and agreed to by the Defendants or directed by William Kaplan, in accordance with Section 23;
Distribution Protocol means the plan for distributing the Settlement Fund to Settlement Class Members as approved by the Courts, which may, if directed by the Courts, require the Settlement Fund to be held in trust until the resolution of the Actions in whole or in part.

  • Following adjudication and payment of claims under the Distribution Protocol, six months after the Effective Date, any undistributed funds remaining will be distributed, as a cy près donation, with 50% of undistributed amounts going to the Law Foundation of British Columbia and the other 50% to one or more charitable organizations, agreed by the Parties, that may reasonably be expected to benefit Class Members.

  • The B.C. Court is at liberty to amend the Distribution Protocol and such amendment shall not constitute any basis for the termination of this Settlement Agreement provided always that any payments made under the Distribution Protocol shall in no way constitute an admission of liability on the part of the Settling Defendants or any Releasee.

  • Following the Effective Date and the transfer of funds undersection 3.2, the Settlement Amount will be administered in accordance with the Distribution Protocol by the Settlement Administrator.

  • Under the Distribution Protocol, class membership will be proven by proof of receipt of the email notice of consent certification for settlement purposes or by proof of an account with the Settling Defendants that acquired random-item loot boxes in Rocket League or Fortnite.

  • Notwithstanding the Distribution Protocol and any payments to Class Members, and without restricting the generality of the foregoing, any distribution of funds pursuant to the distribution protocol is not an admission of liability or causation of damages in this or any Proceedings.


More Definitions of Distribution Protocol

Distribution Protocol means the document attached as Schedule “I” stipulating the proposed distribution of the Net Settlement Amount or such other plan of distribution as may be approved by the Court.
Distribution Protocol means the protocol for the distribution of the Net Settlement Funds approved by the Courts. The Parties’ proposed form of Distribution Protocol is attached hereto as Schedule “1”.

Distribution Protocol means the rules and plan for distributing the Net Proceeds as developed by Class Counsel and approved by the Courts.
Distribution Protocol. Eligible Securities”, “Net Settlement Amount”, “Settlement Amount”, and “SNC”, as used herein, are defined in the Settlement Agreement, which definitions apply to and are incorporated herein. In addition, the following definitions apply to this Distribution Protocol:
Distribution Protocol means the protocol that governs the distribution from the Settlement Amount and the administration and claims process developed to do so.
