Planning Commission and City Council Meetings. There is a critical need to keep both the Planning Commission and City Council appraised of milestones, accomplishments and deliverables. The regularly scheduled meetings of these bodies provide an opportunity to solicit feedback from both the council and commission members as well as the general public in short workshop-type agenda items. Our Project Manager will lay out and reach agreement with the City Project Manager the key design deliverables that should be presented in this way to these committees to streamline the Major Design Review process and Catalyst and key team members will present to the City Planning Commission and City Council the NEPA/CEQA documents for discussion and adoption. This task assumes our team will prepare for and present at two (2) Planning Commission meetings, one to introduce the project and CEQA review at the time of the CEQA NOI/NOA, and a second for adoption of the Design Permit and CEQA. If the City Project Manager decides a presentation to the City Council is warranted, this task provides time to also prepare for and present to one City Council meeting.

  • City Council “City Council” means the governing body of the City.

  • City Council Approval It is agreed that this MOU is of no force or affect until ratified by the City Council of the City of Lompoc.

  • ADVISORY COUNCIL An Advisory Council consisting of the superintendent of each participating District, or his/her designee is hereby created. The purpose of such Advisory Council is to monitor the performance of this Agreement, amend this Agreement (with concurrence of all parties affected), and terminate this Agreement as provided in Section IX. Activities of the Advisory Council shall take place as needed, called by a majority of its members or by the Superintendent of the NWESD, or his/her designee. Decisions by the Advisory Council will be made by a vote of greater than fifty percent (50%) of a quorum. A quorum is defined as at least fifty percent (50%) of the representatives appointed to the Advisory Council. Participation may occur via technological participation, including email providing at least seven (7) calendar days prior written notice was provided to each District superintendent or designee.

  • Project Managers; Meetings 10.1 Promptly following the Effective Date, each Party shall designate a Project Manager responsible for coordinating the Party’s Work and shall provide the other Party with a written notice containing the name and contact information of such Project Manager (“Project Manager”). In no event shall any Project Manager be authorized to amend or modify the provisions of this Agreement. Each Party may change its Project Manager, from time to time, by written notice to the other Party.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.
