Notices is defined in Section 6.3.
Environmental Notices means notice from any Environmental Authority or by any other person or entity, of possible or alleged noncompliance with or liability under any Environmental Requirement, including without limitation any complaints, citations, demands or requests from any Environmental Authority or from any other person or entity for correction of any violation of any Environmental Requirement or any investigations concerning any violation of any Environmental Requirement.
Communications means, collectively, any notice, demand, communication, information, document or other material provided by or on behalf of any Loan Party pursuant to any Loan Document or the transactions contemplated therein which is distributed by the Administrative Agent, any Lender or the Issuing Bank by means of electronic communications pursuant to this Section, including through an Electronic System.
NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS All communications from you should be addressed to us at 0000 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, 00xx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000. Any notice from us to you shall be deemed to have been duly given if mailed or telegraphed to you at the address set forth above. Each of us may change the address to which notices shall be sent by notice to the other in accordance with the terms hereof.
Informal communications means any communication method other than written emails to the Point of Contact Person identified for this RFP.
Approvals means the permits, clearances, licenses and consents as are listed in Schedule 3 hereto and any other statutory approvals.
Communications channel means a physical or virtual path of communications over which signals are transmitted between or among customer channel termination points.
Correspondence between the Company, the Union, or any member of the Union arising out of this Agreement or incidental thereto, shall pass to and from the Company, the Union and member by verifiable means.
Communications Provisions means the Communications Provisions in [Part 10, Chapter 4] of the General Regulations.
Communications Provider means a person who provides an Electronic Communications Network or an Electronic Communications Service;
Regulatory Authorizations means all approvals, clearances, notifications, authorizations, orders, exemptions, registrations, certifications, licenses and permits granted by, submitted to or filed with any Regulatory Agencies, including all Product Authorizations.
Communications Laws means the Communications Act of 1934, and any similar or successor federal statute, together with all published rules, regulations, policies, orders and decisions of the FCC promulgated thereunder.
Communications Act means the Communications Act of 1934, as amended.
public communications network means an electronic communications network used wholly or mainly for the provision of electronic communications services available to the public which support the transfer of information between network termination points;
Redemption Notices means, collectively, the Event of Default Redemption Notices and the Company Optional Redemption Notices, and each of the foregoing, individually, a “Redemption Notice.”
Government Authorizations means all such approvals, consents, authorizations, acknowledgements, licenses or permits required to be issued by any Government Authority to the Company for the establishment of the Company or to the Company or the Contractors for the construction, financing, ownership, operation, and maintenance of the Facility by the Company or the Contractors, including, without limitation, those Government Authorizations listed in Schedule 1;
Telephone solicitation means any voice communication over a telephone for the purpose of encouraging the recipient of the call to purchase, rent, or invest in goods or services during that telephone call. Telephone solicitation does not include any of the following:
Confidential communication means a communication not intended to be disclosed to third persons other than those to whom disclosure is in furtherance of the rendition of professional legal services to the client or those reasonably necessary for the transmission of the communication.
Communications Facility means the set of equipment and network components, including wires, cables, antennas, and associated facilities, used by a communications service provider to provide communications service.
Private communication service means a telecommunication service that entitles the customer to exclusive or priority use of a communications channel or group of channels between or among termination points, regardless of the manner in which such channel or channels are connected, and includes switching capacity, extension lines, stations, and any other associated services that are provided in connection with the use of such channel or channels.
public telecommunications network means the public telecommunications infrastructure which enables signals to be conveyed between defined network termination points by wire, by microwave, by optical means or by other electromagnetic means;
Regulatory Agencies The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency; the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System; the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation; the Federal Housing Finance Agency; the Securities and Exchange Commission; and the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Regulatory Authorities means the Commissions and the Exchange;
Private communications service means a telecommunications service that entitles the customer to exclusive or priority use of a communications channel or group of channels between or among termination points, regardless of the manner in which that channel or group of channels are connected, and includes switching capacity, extension lines, stations, and any other associated services that are provided in connection with the use of that channel or group of channels.
Communication technology means an electronic device or process that:
Ex parte communication ’ means an oral or written communication not on the pub- lic record with respect to which reasonable prior notice to all parties is not given, but it shall not include requests for status reports on any matter or proceeding covered by this sub- chapter.
