NEPA Documents definition

NEPA Documents means the Environmental Assessment and the FONSI. “Non-Permitted Closure” has the meaning set forth in Section 7.5 hereof.

Related to NEPA Documents

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:
