SCOPE OF WORK UNDERSTANDING. ‌ OVERVIEW‌ The 850-acre Bijou Park Creek watershed represents a highly altered watershed due to the diversion of the headwaters of Xxxxxx Canyon at Heavenly Valley Ski Resort into it. The artificial expansion of the watershed has greatly increased peak flows, which directly leads to flooding problems in the lower watershed, particularly in the vicinity of Bill and Xxxxxxx Avenues. Early development of the low-lying properties in or adjacent to SEZs such as along Xxxxxxxxx Avenue and in the vicinity of Woodbine have only exacerbated the problems. Phase 1 aimed for water quality improvements and flood alleviation via various means and locations listed here and carried through 30% designs and CEQA document.   • Scope of Work The Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide and furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Work, or any phase of the Work, in accordance with the Owner’s requirements and the terms of the Contract Documents.

  • Statement of Work The Contractor shall provide the services and staff, and otherwise do all things necessary for or incidental to the performance of work, as set forth below:

  • HOOSIER HEALTHWISE SCOPE OF WORK  Requirements for Reinsurance Companies  The Contractor shall submit documentation that the reinsurer follows the National Association of Insurance Commissioners' (NAIC) Reinsurance Accounting Standards.  The Contractor shall be required to obtain reinsurance from insurance organizations that have Standard and Poor's claims- paying ability ratings of "AA" or higher and a Xxxxx’x bond rating of “A1” or higher, unless otherwise approved by OMPP.  Subcontractors  Subcontractors’ reinsurance coverage requirements must be clearly defined in the reinsurance agreement.  Subcontractors should be encouraged to obtain their own stop-loss coverage with the above-mentioned terms.  If subcontractors do not obtain reinsurance on their own, the Contractor is required to forward appropriate recoveries from stop- loss coverage to applicable subcontractors.

  • COMMENCEMENT OF WORK UNDER A SOW AGREEMENT Commencement of work as a result of the SOW-RFP process shall be initiated only upon issuance of a fully executed SOW Agreement and Purchase Order.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • STATE’S ABILITY TO MODIFY SCOPE OF MASTER CONTRACT Subject to mutual agreement between the parties, Enterprise Services reserves the right to modify the goods and/or services included in this Master Contract; Provided, however, that any such modification shall be effective only upon thirty (30) days advance written notice; and Provided further, that any such modification must be within the scope of this Master Contract.
