Physician Consultation. A bargaining unit member who suffers a work-related disability shall notify the Administration and then visit the designated health care professional for evaluation. In the event that further care or treatment is necessary, the bargaining unit member may request to use his/her own physician or medical treatment.
Physician Consultation. Contractor may bill and be reimbursed for their Medical Director and/or licensed physicians’ consulting with addiction medicine physicians, addiction psychiatrists or clinical pharmacists for complex cases to address medication selection, dosing, side effect management, adherence, drug-to-drug interactions or level of care considerations.
Physician Consultation. The parties shall be available to each other for consultation either on site or by electronic access including but not limited to telephone, facsimile and email. Each party will cover for the other in the absence of one of them or (names of third parties) who are designated by (YOUR NAME, RN, NP and NAME OF COLLABORATOR MD/DO) as appropriate for coverage in the absence of both parties. In the event that there is an unforeseen lack of coverage, patients will be referred to the appropriate emergency room.
Physician Consultation. Physician Consultation Services include DRUG MEDI-CAL 17 physicians’ consulting with addiction medicine physicians, addiction psychiatrists or clinical 18 pharmacists. Physician consultation services are designed to assist DRUG MEDI-CAL physicians by 19 allowing them to seek expert advice with regards to designing treatment plans for specific DRUG 21 effect management, adherence, drug-drug interactions, or level of care considerations. ADMINISTRATOR 22 will provide one or more physicians or pharmacists to provide consultation services.
Physician Consultation. The Collaborating physician shall be available to the nurse practitioner for consultation. Such availability shall include either on-site or telephone access. Patient records will be reviewed in a timely fashion but in no event less often than every three months.

Physician consultation services are designed to assist DMC physicians by allowing them to seek expert advice when developing treatment plans for specific DMC-ODS beneficiaries. Physician consultation services may address medication selection, dosing, side effect management, adherence, drug-drug interactions, or level of care considerations.
