Expert Advice. 1. For Lot 2, when a requirement for Expert Advice arises, the Contracting Body will consider the technical responses provided during the tender process, to determine and shortlist Key Personnel that are capable of providing the Services. This will be based on the species on which the Expert Advice is required. For example, only Key Personnel who have indicated they have expertise in bovines will be shortlisted for a requirement relating to bovine Expert Advice.
Expert Advice. The parties acknowledge that they may and should obtain expert advice as to any matters of matters relative to this transaction, including tax, legal, or otherwise.
Expert Advice. The Collateral Agent shall engage and consult, at the expense of the Chargor, with any legal adviser and professional adviser selected by it and rely upon any advice so obtained. Expert Advice. The IAP will provide scientific and technical advice by knowledgeable experts in the field. Direct Support. The IAP will help address challenging questions and requirements that pertain to the project.
Expert Advice. Following the declaration of an emergency, the Board may seek expert advice relative to the discontinuation of programs and/or services and alternative measures that may be taken. This expert advice may come from sources such as the Superintendent, Association, the State Superintendent of Public Instruction, etc.
