Expert Advice. 1. For Lot 2, when a requirement for Expert Advice arises, the Contracting Body will consider the technical responses provided during the tender process, to determine and shortlist Key Personnel that are capable of providing the Services. This will be based on the species on which the Expert Advice is required. For example, only Key Personnel who have indicated they have expertise in bovines will be shortlisted for a requirement relating to bovine Expert Advice.
