JOINT CONSULTATION. 31.01 The parties acknowledge the mutual benefits to be derived from meaningful and effective joint consultation and will consult on matters of common interest.
JOINT CONSULTATION. 21.01 The parties acknowledge the mutual benefits to be derived from joint consultation and are prepared to enter into discussion aimed at the development and introduction of appropriate machinery for the purpose of providing joint consultation on matters of common interest.
JOINT CONSULTATION. 5.1 The parties to this Agreement acknowledge the mutual benefits to be derived from joint consultation and are prepared to enter into discussions on matters of common interest; such discussions will be without prejudice to the position that the Council or the Association may wish to take in the future about the desirability of having the subjects dealt with by the provisions of collective agreements.
JOINT CONSULTATION. The Employer and the Union acknowledge the mutual benefit to be derived from joint consultation, and its value in maintaining and improving service to the public by employees, and agree, therefore, to consult on all matters of common interest, as appropriate, when requested by either party.
JOINT CONSULTATION. 26.01 The Employer shall consult meaningfully with representatives of the Union at the appropriate level about contemplated changes in conditions of employment or working conditions not governed by this Agreement.
JOINT CONSULTATION. 11.01 A joint Union/Management committee shall meet at the request of either party for the purpose of promoting and maintaining harmonious relationships through discussions of matters of concern.
JOINT CONSULTATION. 49.01 The Employer agrees to consult with the Association about contemplated changes in conditions of employment or working conditions not governed by this Agreement.
JOINT CONSULTATION. 30.01 The Employer shall continue consulting with the Union on matters, other than day-to-day management and operational requirements, which affect or might reasonably affect the terms and conditions of employment of employees covered by this agreement. The intent and expectation of this provision is that consultation will occur at a senior level with respect to significant workplace changes and initiatives which affect or might reasonably affect the bargaining unit as a whole. For the purpose of this Article, the consultation shall be with the Union President or their delegated representative.
JOINT CONSULTATION a) The parties agree to establish a consultation committee, which shall meet regularly in accordance with Section 53 of the Labour Relations Code.
JOINT CONSULTATION. The parties agree to establish a Labour Management Relations Committee comprised of not more than four (4) persons from each side to meet for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual concern including the administration of the Collective Agreement except those that are properly the subject of a grievance. The Labour Relations Management Committee will define problems, develop viable solutions to such problems and recommend proposed solutions to the parties.
