JOINT CONSULTATION. 30.01 The Employer shall continue consulting with the Union on matters, other than day-to-day management and operational requirements, which affect or might reasonably affect the terms and conditions of employment of employees covered by this agreement. The intent and expectation of this provision is that consultation will occur at a senior level with respect to significant workplace changes and initiatives which affect or might reasonably affect the bargaining unit as a whole. For the purpose of this Article, the consultation shall be with the Union President or their delegated representative.
JOINT CONSULTATION a) The parties agree to establish a consultation committee, which shall meet regularly in accordance with Section 53 of the Labour Relations Code.
