Consultations definition

Consultations referred to in this Chapter does not mean consultations under Article 208.
Consultations means the process whereby one party solicits and/or receives the timely submitted views of the other party and gives these views fair and serious consideration prior to making a final decision.
Consultations means consultations within the meaning of Articles X and XI;

Consultations means meaningful seeking advice and exchange of views prior to the making of a decision or the finalization of a policy initiative, as the context may require;
