Consultations definition

Consultations has the meaning ascribed thereto in Subsection 4.5 (b).
Consultations referred to in this Chapter does not mean consultations under Article 208.
Consultations means the process whereby one party solicits and/or receives the timely submitted views of the other party and gives these views fair and serious consideration prior to making a final decision.

  • If the Parties fail to resolve the dispute by recourse to consultations as provided for in Article 3.3 (Consultations), the Party that sought consultations may request the establishment of an arbitration panel.

Consultations means consultations within the meaning of Articles X and XI;
