Periods of Use. The facilities must be booked for the actual period of use, to include time for preparation and for cleaning up afterwards. It is essential that the times of entry and departure are strictly observed. Lettings which over-run more than 15 minutes beyond the period booked or which begin more than 15 minutes before the period booked will be charged double the hourly rate, incurring the full hourly charge after the first 15 minutes of over- run. Ie, a booking which over-runs by 15 minutes will be charged a full hour at double the hourly rate. Users who consistently abuse the start and end times of their lettings will be in breach of this agreement and may have their contract terminated without refund. Normal policy will be to issue a warning in writing followed by a termination of the lettings if the abuse continues. Periods of Use. The period during which Confidential Information may be disclosed and received under this Agreement shall correspond to the period until the date of termination of the Cooperation ( date of completion of the RFP CS_2023_09_00406 ). (on any basis and for whatever reason). The obligations of the Receiving Party under this Agreement (in particular, but not exclusively those specified in Article 3 of this Agreement) will expire ten (10) years after the expiry of the Cooperation.

  • Meal Periods (a) Meal periods shall be scheduled as closely as possible to the middle of the workday. The length of the meal period shall be not less than thirty (30) minutes and not more than sixty (60) minutes.

  • Overtime-Eligible Unpaid Meal Periods ‌ The Employer and the Union agree to unpaid meal periods that vary from and supersede the unpaid meal period requirements of WAC 000-000-000. Unpaid meal periods for employees working more than five (5) consecutive hours, if entitled, will be a minimum of thirty (30) minutes and will be scheduled as close to the middle of the work shift as possible. Employees working three (3) or more hours longer than a normal workday will be allowed an additional thirty (30) minute unpaid meal period. When an employee’s unpaid meal period is interrupted by work duties, the employee will be allowed to resume their unpaid meal period following the interruption, if possible, to complete the unpaid meal period. In the event an employee is unable to complete the unpaid meal period due to operational necessity, the employee will be entitled to compensation, which will be computed based on the actual number of minutes worked within the unpaid meal period. Meal periods may not be used for late arrival or early departure from work and meal and rest periods will not be combined.

  • Rest and Meal Periods (a) There shall be a 15 minute rest period in each half of any full shift. Employees working less than a full shift, but a minimum of four hours, will receive one 15 minute paid rest period.

  • Meal Periods and Rest Periods (a) Regular hours of work shall include, as scheduled by the Employer, two (2) rest periods of fifteen (15) minutes during each shift of seven and three- quarter (7 3/4) hours and exclude an unpaid meal period of not less than thirty (30) minutes.

  • Break Periods The parties agree that the paid rest period contemplated by Article 16(e) shall be taken during times that will not interfere with the operation of the Strong Start Centre.

  • Returning to Work After a Period of Parental Leave (a) An employee will notify of their intention to return to work after a period of parental leave at least four weeks prior to the expiration of the leave.

  • Rest Periods and Meal Breaks (a) All employees shall have two (2) fifteen (15) minute rest periods in each work period in excess of six (6) hours, one (1) rest period to be granted before and one (1) after the meal period, provided the staff to child ratio can be maintained. It is understood that meal breaks and rest periods may be combined subject to operational requirements.

  • Grace Periods The related Mortgage or Mortgage Note provides a grace period for Monthly Payments no longer than ten (10) days from the applicable Due Date.
