Passwords, Access and Notification. Customer shall authorize access to and assign unique passwords and user names to its Users. Customer will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of User’s passwords and user names. Customer will also be responsible for all Electronic Communications, including those containing business information, account registration, account holder information, financial information, Customer Data, and all other data of any kind contained within emails or otherwise entered electronically through the Cloud Service or under Customer’s account. Oracle will act as though any Electronic Communications it receives under Customer’s passwords, user name, and/or account number will have been sent by Customer. Customer shall use commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Cloud Service and shall promptly notify Oracle of any unauthorized access or use of the Cloud Service and any loss or theft or unauthorized use of any User’s password or name and/or Cloud Service account numbers.

Customer will provide and assign unique password and user names to each authorized User for each license purchased. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer is prohibited from sharing passwords and or user names with unauthorized users. Vendor will act as though any Electronic Communications it receives under Customer’s passwords, User name, and/or account number will have been sent by Customer. Customer agrees to notify Vendor if Customer becomes aware of any loss or theft or unauthorized use of any of Customer’s passwords, user names, and/or account number. The foregoing shall also apply to any Purchase Order Forms submitted by the Customer for further User licenses.

User logins are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User, but any User login may be reassigned to another User as needed. Customer will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of User’s passwords. Customer agrees to immediately notify Xoft if Customer becomes aware of any loss or theft or unauthorized use of any of Customer’s passwords.

Customer is responsible for controlling employee access and is prohibited from sharing passwords and/or user names with any unauthorized user. Customer will be responsible for the confidentiality and use of Customer’s user’s passwords and user names. Customer will also be responsible for all electronic communications, including those containing business information, account registration, account holder information, financial information, Customer data, and all other data of any kind contained within emails or otherwise entered electronically through the Service or under Customer’s account. Any electronic communications that MARKING SERVICES receives via Customer’s accounts will be deemed to have been sent by Customer. Customer agrees to immediately notify MARKING SERVICES if Customer becomes aware of any loss or theft or unauthorized use of any of Customer’s user names, password, and/or account number.
Passwords, Access and Notification. Subscriber must provide and assign a unique password, e-mail address and user name for use of CurrentCare for Me. Subscriber is solely responsible for the confidentiality and use of all such passwords, e-mail addresses and user names. Subscriber shall not share his or her username or password with another individual. Subscriber shall immediately notify RIQI if Subscriber becomes aware of any loss, theft or unauthorized use of any of such passwords, e-mail addresses or user names or unauthorized access to your CurrentCare for Me account.
