Purchase Order Forms Sample Clauses

Purchase Order Forms. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall place all firm purchase orders -------------------- for the Products on ▇▇▇▇▇▇ purchase order forms. Such purchase orders shall specify a quantity that is the lesser of a full batch or the equivalent of six (6) months of forecasted sales as specified in Exhibit 10.2, delivery dates and special delivery and shipping instructions. In all other respects, the obligations of the Parties shall be governed by the terms of this Agreement, and none of the terms of the purchase order, acknowledgment or other similar form shall be applicable.

Purchase Order Forms. It is understood that Distributor may use its standard purchase order forms with respect to its purchase of Products for resale hereunder, which purchase orders may specify, among other things, the description and quantities of the Products ordered, the method of shipment, the requested shipment dates, and the destination to which such Products shall be shipped. Such forms shall be used for convenience only and any terms or provisions thereof which are inconsistent with or in addition to those contained in this Agreement shall have no force or effect whatsoever as between the parties hereto, irrespective of whether or not the Company might otherwise be deemed to have accepted such form by reason of its execution or acknowledgment thereof.

Purchase Order Forms. Quantech shall be entitled to use its standard purchase order for purchases of the Components hereunder. In the event of a conflict between the terms of any such purchase order and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern. Additional or contrary terms will be subject to mutual prior written agreement.

Purchase Order Forms. INHALE shall be entitled to use its own form of purchase order or to pass through to the CMs the purchase order forms submitted by its Pharmaceutical Collaborators to INHALE; provided, however, that any terms of such purchase orders that conflict with or are in addition to the terms of this Agreement shall not apply unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing.

Purchase Order Forms. DISTRIBUTOR shall be entitled to use its then current standard purchase order for purchases of the Products hereunder. In the event of a conflict between the terms of any such purchase order and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall govern. Additional terms will be subject to mutual prior written agreement. A copy of DISTRIBUTOR's current U.S. form, Revision S is attached hereto as Exhibit 4.5.

Purchase Order Forms. Only official Purchase Order documents containing or referencing these Purchase Order Conditions are binding on us. Any variation to the content or to the Conditions are only binding upon us if agreed by us in writing. Oral, telephonic or telegraphic orders are not binding on us unless confirmed by us in writing or by issue of a new Purchase Order. The acceptance of the Purchase Order by the Supplier implies the acknowledgement and acceptance of the Conditions contained herein. The acceptance of these Conditions by the Supplier must be confirmed in writing to IQA Group within 14 days of the date of the Purchase Order.
