Designated Users. Customer shall designate a reasonable number of individuals to serve as the designated users with LogRhythm for the Support Services provided hereunder. To receive notification of any new Updates available from LogRhythm Customer must subscribe to the LogRhythm user forums.
Designated Users. Prior to Marco’s installation of Remote Access Software (defined below), Client shall designate the specific number of users of Support Desk Services (defined below) allotted on the SOP (“Designated Users”). Client shall allow only its Designated Users to access the Support Desk Services. Client shall notify Marco of any changes to the Designated Users. Marco shall have the right to take all reasonable action it deems appropriate in its sole discretion to audit Designated Users’ status and use of Support Desk Services at such times as Marco reasonably requests. Client shall cooperate in and provide Marco all Client Information and Access (defined below) Xxxxx xxxxx necessary to carry out such audit. If Client exceeds its allotted Designated Users, the Price will be increased accordingly.
Designated Users a) “Designated User(s)” are all users that exist in the Client’s central authentication directory (e.g., Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, etc.). Marco shall classify each Designated User into one of the following user types based on how that user consumes Services:
Designated Users. Under this Commercial License, each Designated User (a developer or anybody using the Software to design UI) must be licensed. You can move the license to another Designated User every 6 months.
Designated Users. The term of the Community Edition license is for one year from acceptance of your registration of the Community Edition (the “Community Edition Term”) and will automatically expire upon the end of the Community Edition Term – the Community Edition license will not auto-renew. To the extent You want to continue using the Community Edition after the expiration or termination of Your Community Edition Term, You must register and be accepted for another Community Edition Term and agree with the terms and conditions of the Agreement in force at that time. Upon expiration or termination of the Community Edition Term, You shall immediately cease Your use of the Community Edition and cease any further development of the Modifications and Applications. However, You can continue distributing the Modifications and Applications that you developed with the Community Edition during the Community Edition Term, in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. All restrictions and conditions relating to the Community Edition license shall survive the termination or expiration of Your Community Edition Term. The Community Edition license granted under this Section will automatically terminate upon Your breach of the terms specified herein. The support described in this Agreement does not apply to the Community Edition. We will collect information about Your use of the Community Edition for auditing purposes and to improve Our products and services. Designated Users. Support Desk Services are included as part of the Services as described herein. Client shall designate up to two (2) authorized users of Support Desk Services (defined below) (“Designated Users”). Client shall allow only its Designated Users to access the Support Desk Services. Client shall notify Marco of any changes to the Designated Users. Marco shall have the right to take all reasonable action it deems appropriate in its sole discretion to audit Designated Users’ status and use of Support Desk Services at such times as Marco reasonably requests. Client shall cooperate in and provide Marco all Client Information and Access (defined below) Xxxxx xxxxx necessary to carry out such audit.
Designated Users. 4.1. Client is responsible for ensuring that the Service shall only be accessed and used by individually named users who are employees of Client, Client Affiliates, or Contractors and who are provided with a User ID by Forsta (the “Designated Users”). User IDs shall be uniquely named and refer to a named e-mail address (no generic names and addresses are accepted). No more than one (1) Designated User shall have access to each User ID, and Client shall ensure that User IDs are not shared. Client shall be responsible for all activity that occurs under each User ID and shall be liable to Forsta for the acts and omissions of each Designated User (whether a Designated User of Client or of any Client’s Affiliate or of any Contractor) as though they were the acts and omissions of Client itself.
Designated Users. Client agrees that its exercise of the license granted by this Agreement shall only be through its Desig- nated Users. Client’s license to access and Use the Yardi Cloud and Licensed Programs is limited as provided in Schedule A (Fee Schedule). Each Designated User must have a unique Password.
