The "Unauthorized Users" clause defines restrictions on who is permitted to access or use certain products, services, or information under the agreement. Unauthorized Users. Client shall not knowingly permit any person or entity that is not the Client or an Authorized Representative (each, an “Unauthorized User”) to access, connect to, and/or use Client’s Prime Broker Account. The Coinbase Entities shall have no liability, obligation, or responsibility whatsoever for, and Client shall be fully responsible and liable for, any and all Claims and Losses arising out of or relating to the acts and omissions of any Unauthorized User, except to the extent caused by any Coinbase Entity’s negligence, fraud or willful misconduct, in respect of the Prime Broker Services, Prime Broker Account, and/or the Prime Broker Site. Client shall notify Coinbase promptly if Client believes or becomes aware that an Unauthorized User has accessed, connected to, or used Client’s Prime Broker Account.

Except to the extent caused by a Coinbase Entity's gross negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct, the Coinbase Entities shall have no liability, obligation, or responsibility whatsoever for, and Client shall be fully responsible and liable for, any and all Claims and Losses arising out of or relating to the acts and omissions of any Unauthorized User in respect of the Coinbase PB Site or the PB Services. Client shall notify Coinbase immediately if Client believes or becomes aware that an Unauthorized User has accessed, connected to, or used the Coinbase PB Site or the PB Services (each such notification, an “Access Compromise Notice”) and request that the Client’s Prime Broker Account is suspended. Upon the suspension of the Client’s Prime Broker Account, Client shall not be responsible for any subsequent act or omission of the Unauthorized User responsible for the initial suspension of the Prime Broker Account. Upon the cessation of the suspension of the Client’s Prime Broker Account then the Client’s obligations under this Section 8.4 will resume. Coinbase shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cancel, terminate or otherwise disable the unauthorized access method as soon as reasonably practicable but in no event later than two Business Days following receipt of an Access Compromise Notice.
Unauthorized Users. You agree not to allow access to LC gas cards or personal identification (PIN) numbers by anyone not authorized to make charges to your account. If you allow access to your LC gas card(s) or PIN number(s), you will be liable for any charges made by that person. You will be responsible for all transactions made with your LC gas cards by you or anyone you have authorized by (a) asking LC to issue a LC gas card to grant account access to another person; (b) lending your LC gas card(s) to or allowing account access by another person; or (c) any other way in which you would be legally considered to have allowed another person to use your LC gas card or to be legally prevented from denying that you did so. You may cancel one or more of your LC gas cards by contacting LC’s Credit Department.
Unauthorized Users. Use of Government keys issued to the Contractor by any person other than authorized Contractor personnel is prohibited. The Contractor shall not permit entrance to locked areas to any person other than Contractor personnel engaged in performance of work in those are without written authorization by the Government. The Government will have access to any government-owned property under the control of the Contractor.

The Coinbase Entities shall have no liability, obligation, or responsibility whatsoever for, and Client shall be fully responsible and liable for (and for the avoidance of doubt Client’s obligations under Section 29 of this Coinbase Prime Broker Agreement shall apply to), any and all Claims and Losses arising out of or relating to the acts and omissions of any Unauthorized User in respect of the Prime Broker Services, Prime Broker Account, and/or the Prime Broker Site. Client must notify the relevant Coinbase Entity immediately if Client believes or becomes aware that an Unauthorized User has accessed, connected to, or used Client’s Prime Broker Account. If, notwithstanding Client’s obligations in this Section 17.3 and Section 17.5, Client provides Client’s Prime Broker Account access credentials to any person or entity, or otherwise permits any person or entity to access, connect to, and/or use Client’s Prime Broker Account in any way, such person or entity will be deemed to be an Authorized Representative of Client regardless of whether Client has designated such person or entity as such in accordance with Section 12, and Client shall be fully responsible for the acts and omissions of such person or entity as an Authorized Representative.
Unauthorized Users. Except as specifically provided elsewhere in this Agreement, LICENSEE, shall take reasonable measures, and shall not knowingly permit anyone other than Authorized Users, to use the Licensed Materials.
Unauthorized Users. Users must not allow unauthorized users to access State-provided IT Resources or State-owned data.
