–Parental - Spousal/Partner Leave for Adoption. A leave of one (1) day with pay may be granted to a Member where the child becomes available for adoption or when the child comes into the Member’s care and custody, subject to the approval of the Manager of Human Resources – Elementary. It is understood that the day can be used in a flexible manner from the day of adoption through the subsequent six (6) week period. For an additional two days refer to Clause L17.00.13.

The IRA must be maintained as an inherited IRA, subject to the beneficiary distribution requirements.
