Collaborator any entity other than the RECIPIENT having one or more personnel participating in the Project and (a) designated as a collaborator in the application submitted by the RECIPIENT requesting the Grant funds awarded by the INSTITUTE, or (b) otherwise approved in writing as a collaborator by the INSTITUTE.
Collaborator. A collaborator of the User, including both someone working at a different institution from the User Institution and someone working in a separate research group in the same User Institution.

Collaborator a third party who is collaborating with the Customer (and/or its Affiliates) as at the Start Date and is authorised by the Customer to use the BC Software Service, for the purposes of collaboration with the Customer (and/or its Affiliates) as part of the normal business activities of the Customer (and/or its Affiliates); has the meaning set out in the Data Protection Legislation; information, however it is conveyed, that relates to the business, pricing, products, developments, Intellectual Property Rights, know-how, personnel and/or suppliers of either party, and which is either marked as confidential or which ought reasonably to be considered confidential; person(s) competent in functionality of the BC Software Service including relevant management practices and procedures (including office procedures) to enable the Customer to make full and proper use of the BC Software Service who have attended as a minimum the entry level BC Software Service training course for the BC Software Service; the Customer set out on the front page of this Agreement; means all data protection laws and regulations (as amended, consolidated or re-enacted from time to time) which relate to the protection of individuals with regards to the processing of Personal Data to which a party is subject, including the Data Protection Act 2018, for as long as such are incorporated into Applicable Law together with any guidance and/or codes of practice issued from time to time by the Information Commissioner; has the meaning set out in the Data Protection Legislation; means a request made by, or on behalf of, a Data Subject in accordance with rights granted pursuant to the Data Protection Legislation to access their Personal Data;
Collaborator. If XOMA or any person or entity controlled by XOMA contests the validity or enforceability of any of the DYAX Patent Rights licensed hereunder, DYAX shall have the right to terminate all of the rights and licenses hereby granted to XOMA under the DYAX Patent Rights.
Collaborator. An individual who is not under the direct supervision of the principal investigator (PI) (e.g., not a member of the PI’s laboratory) who assists with the PI’s WIHS Genomic research project. Internal collaborators are employees of the Requester and work at the same location/campus as the PI. External collaborators are not employees of the Requester and/or do not work at the same location as the PI, and consequently must be independently approved to access WIHS data.
