Collaborator any entity other than the RECIPIENT having one or more personnel participating in the Project and (a) designated as a collaborator in the application submitted by the RECIPIENT requesting the Grant funds awarded by the INSTITUTE, or (b) otherwise approved in writing as a collaborator by the INSTITUTE.
Collaborator. A collaborator of the User, including both someone working at a different institution from the User Institution and someone working in a separate research group in the same User Institution.

Collaborator. If XOMA or any person or entity controlled by XOMA contests the validity or enforceability of any of the DYAX Patent Rights licensed hereunder, DYAX shall have the right to terminate all of the rights and licenses hereby granted to XOMA under the DYAX Patent Rights.
Collaborator. An individual who is not under the direct supervision of the principal investigator (PI) (e.g., not a member of the PI’s laboratory) who assists with the PI’s WIHS Genomic research project. Internal collaborators are employees of the Requester and work at the same location/campus as the PI.
