Other Committees. The Board of Directors may, from time to time, appoint such other committees as may be permitted by law. Such other committees appointed by the Board of Directors shall consist of one (1) or more members of the Board of Directors and shall have such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed by the resolution or resolutions creating such committees, but in no event shall any such committee have the powers denied to the Executive Committee in these Bylaws.

Other Committees. If any additional Committee or subcommittee other than those set forth in Section 2.2(b) is formed, then the Parties shall, at the time of such formation, agree on which Party shall have the authority to finally resolve a dispute that is not resolved pursuant to Section 2.4 above.
Other Committees. The Board of Managers, by resolution adopted by a majority of the Managers then in office, may designate one or more other committees, each such committee to consist of one or more Managers. Except as expressly limited by applicable law, any such committee shall have and may exercise such powers and authority as the Board of Managers may determine and specify in the resolution designating such committee or any amendment thereto. The Board of Managers, by resolution adopted by a majority of the Managers then in office, also may designate additional Managers as alternate members of any such committee to replace any absent or disqualified member at any meeting of the committee, and at any time may change the membership of any committee or amend or rescind the resolution designating the committee. In the absence or disqualification of a member and all alternate members who may serve in the place and stead of such member, the member or members thereof present at any meeting and not disqualified from voting, whether or not such member or members constitute a quorum, may unanimously appoint another Manager to act at the meeting in the place of any such absent or disqualified member, provided that the Manager so appointed meets any qualifications stated in the resolution designating the committee or any amendment thereto. Each committee shall keep a record of its acts and proceedings and report the same to the Board of Managers to such extent and in such form as the Board of Managers may require. Unless otherwise provided in the resolution designating a committee, a majority of all members of any such committee may select its Chairman, fix its rules of procedure, fix the time and place of its meetings and specify what notice of meetings, if any, shall be given.
Other Committees. The Trustees by vote of a majority of all the Trustees may elect from their own number other Committees from time to time to consist of one or more Trustees to hold office at the pleasure of the Trustees, which Committees shall have such power and duties as the Board of Trustees may, by resolution, prescribe, subject to the same limitations as with respect to the Executive Committee. The terms of membership on such Committees and the termination or circumstances giving rise to the termination of such Committees shall be determined by the Trustees. The Trustees may designate a chairman of any such Committee. In the absence of such designation the Committee may elect its own chairman.
Other Committees. The parties agree that where the state or an agency has a committee created by agency policy to directly address fire service operations and other matters of safety related to employees, the FSFSA may select one employee to serve on any such committee. Employees assigned to serve shall be permitted to attend meetings while on-duty with no loss of pay or benefits. If travel costs are incurred by the FSFSA selected member, the agency may reimburse the costs at its discretion.

Other Committees. Employees who are appointed to serve on any committees established by the District shall receive released time with pay if the committee meeting conflicts with the regular duty hours of the employee.
