Common use of Other Committees Clause in Contracts

Other Committees. The Trustees may appoint other Committees whose members need not be Trustees. Each such Committee shall have such powers and perform such duties as the Trustees may, from time to time, delegate to them except those powers and duties which by law, the Declaration of Trust or these By-laws they are prohibited from so delegating.

Each such Committee committee shall have such powers and perform such duties as the Trustees may, may be assigned to it from time to timetime by the Board of Trustees, delegate to them except those powers and duties which but shall not exercise any power that under federal law including the 1940 Act may lawfully be exercised only by law, the Declaration Board of Trust Trustees or these By-laws they are prohibited from so delegatinga committee thereof.
