The "IN OFFICE" clause establishes requirements or expectations regarding the physical presence of employees or parties at a designated office location. IN OFFICE. 1. VAs are responsible for six (6) hours a week of work in the main Residential Education and Dining Services office. Each VA will work at the front desk of Residential Education for this portion of the position. VAs will also be given special projects by central staff while working at the front desk. VAs will not only be evaluated on attending office hours, but also on the quality of work completed during the hours. VAs are not expected to complete office hours during Fall Break, Winter Term, and Spring Break. If a VA wishes to use breaks to make up hours missed at other points in the year, s/he may do so with the advance written approval of the Area Coordinator.
2. Participate in weekly staff meetings, staff development programs, and individual meetings or other Residential Education meetings required by supervisors.

At any meeting at which every Director shall be present, even though without any notice, any business may be transacted.
IN OFFICE. Anyone you permit to use your campsite without you being present will pay regular camping fees of $25.00 per night. For the protection of your property, YOU must notify us in advance.
