Operator Conference and Site Visits. A voluntary Operator conference and site visits will be held on June 7, 2023, commencing at 10:00am EDT at the Portsmouth Transportation Center as identified in Section 2.6: Schedule. The Operator conference and site visits will be held at: Portsmouth Transportation Center 000 Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Portsmouth, NH 03801 I-95, Exit 3 Dover Bus Terminal/Park & Ride lot 000 Xxxxxx Xxxxx Dover, NH 03820 Xxxxxxxxx Turnpike/Route 16, Exit 9 All Operators who intend to submit Qualifications are strongly urged to attend the Operator conference and site visits. Site visits will be conducted at both Portsmouth and Dover. Operators are responsible for providing their own transportation between the two facilities. Operators will have an opportunity to ask questions about the RFQL. The State will make a reasonable attempt to answer questions it deems appropriate; however, oral answers are not binding. Questions may include, without limitation, requests for clarification of the RFQL; suggestions or changes that could improve the RFQL; and review of any applicable documentation. Only written responses to questions provided by the Operators in writing on the provided Form 1, Operator Inquiry Form, included in Appendix A will be binding. The State may issue an addendum to the RFQL to address any Operator inquiries that are deemed substantive. Operators will be responsible for any and all costs associated with attending the Operator conference and site visits, as well as all costs incurred or associated with the RFQL process. If an on-site investigation beyond the Operator conference and site visits is desired by a prospective Operator, a request must be submitted to the State Point of Contact (see Section 2.4, Request for Additional Information).

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • Site Visit 7.1 The Tenderer, at the Tenderer's own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine and inspect the Site of the Required Services and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering in to a contract for the Services. The costs of visiting the Site shall beat the Tenderer's own expense.

  • Access to the Work The Design Professional and its representatives shall have access to the Work at all times while it is in progress, and shall comply with all job site safety rules.

  • AIN Selective Carrier Routing for Operator Services, Directory Assistance and Repair Centers 4.3.1 BellSouth will provide AIN Selective Carrier Routing at the request of <<customer_name>>. AIN Selective Carrier Routing will provide <<customer_name>> with the capability of routing operator calls, 0+ and 0- and 0+ NPA (LNPA) 555-1212 directory assistance, 1+411 directory assistance and 611 repair center calls to pre-selected destinations.

  • Access to the Workplace Union health and safety staff or Union consultants shall be provided access to the workplace and to attend meetings of the committee or Union committee or for inspecting, investigating or monitoring the workplace.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement. These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better. The provisioning and engineering of such services and facilities will comply with generally accepted industry methods and practices, and will observe the rules and regulations of the lawfully established tariffs applicable to the services provided.
