Overview of the Process. 2.1. Description of RFQL and RFP Process NHDOT, on behalf of the State, has issued this RFQL to identify potential Operators and their teams interested in long-term operation and potential development of its two bus terminals/park & ride lots located in Portsmouth and Dover, NH. For those Operators that meet the qualification requirements (financial and operational) as set forth in this RFQL, NHDOT will issue the RFP. The RFP would provide the opportunity for those Operators to clearly identify how the bus terminals/park & ride lots would be operated, maintained, developed, and potentially expanded, and turned over to the State at the end of the Facilities Lease/Concession Agreement.

  • Details of the Processing The subject-matter of Processing of Personal Data by Data Processor is the performance of the Services pursuant to the Agreement. The duration of the Processing, the nature and purpose of the Processing, as well as the types of Personal Data Processed and categories of Data Subjects under this DPA are further specified in Schedule 1 (Details of the Processing) to this DPA.

  • Duration of the Processing Personal Data will be Processed for the duration of the Agreement, subject to Section 4 of this DPA.

  • Development of the Property Except as modified by this Agreement, the Development and the Property will be developed in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, including but not limited to the City’s ordinances and the zoning regulations applicable to the Property, and such amendments to City ordinances and regulations that that may be applied to the Development and the Property under Chapter 245, Texas Local Government Code, and good engineering practices (the “Applicable Regulations”). If there is a conflict between the Applicable Regulations and the Development Standards, the Development Standards shall control.

  • Completion of the Project The Contracting Party shall complete the construction, equipping and furnishing of the Improvements in accordance with the Plans and submit to the Board a Certificate of Completion on or before November 1, 2016.
